Waited at the barbershop 40 minutes for them to tell me they aren't equipped to cut women's hair and it is a "barbershop, not a beauty shop."
The older lady said "I'm going to take my regular before you because it's a man's haircut and women's haircuts take longer." This was after she had already taken 1 man ahead of me though I arrived first and took a ticket. Why not advertise they don't want to cut women's hair if they're going to do that?

$19.50 for a bad haircut. It was like it was a race, she finished a full haircut in about 5 min and there was noone else in line. The haircuts here keep getting more expensive and the quality keeps getting worse. I get that you have to pay a wage and labor is getting more expensive, but come on.. that's almost $400 an hour per stylist if they're busy. I usually go for haircuts out in town but I was in a pinch before the weekend. I won't be back, pinch or not.
Edit because I forgot to add: instead of turning the chair or walking around me to get the sides she was standing in one spot, grabbing the top of my head and cranking my head around and now my neck is sore. Poor service on so many levels. Please get better!

Waited 40 min before I finally left. These new stylist are really slow. Watched the guy trim a beard the whole time I was there. I was the only one in line sitting. Lost my business.

They messed up my son’s hair and blamed my son(11). Very rude on the phone not even an apology. Just told me I don’t know what I was talking about. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

It is what it is. dont have anything bad to say about the barbershop here. I have definitely had bad experiences for on base barbers, but have not had one here..yet. Overall, satisfied with the military cuts ive been given over the past year. The only downside is that it is around $14 for a haircut. on base, I usually pay anywhere from $8-12 depending on the base, but I guess it's a California thing.

Just received the perfect cut. Not gonna lie, I thought the barber was gonna shave my head when I said "cut 1 inch off the top" but she ended up giving me probably the greatest haircut I've received.
