This was my first visit. I was impressed by how clean and organized it was. The prices were good as well. What i didn't understand was why would I have to place my own bagged items back into my cart? And I had made a large purchase. That disappointed me, but i will return.

The store manager Vic Ryder discriminated towards me. He insulted me by asking me how old am I. He was doing more talking about my health than listening to me. He also was rude about my education. He got very personal with me and I don't know why. I felt like I was talking to a counselor instead of a manager. He basically was trying to tell me how to run my life. I will be having a lawyer to contact you all because this shouldn't have happened. A head store manager name James Turner called and I called him back but he never returned my call. Also when he left me a message he was yarning all in the phone. Everyone is unprofessional.

I love this location! Employees are really nice and helpful. The electric carts are plentiful and work well. The store is clean. They accept Apple Pay and the prices are very reasonable.

This place is horrible I went up there with my WIC,and got up there with my groceries and this employee which is a girl with these big glasses had an attitude or whatever gave me the craziest look and didn't really speak since the time I got in line and sure didn't help put my groceries in the cart smh this location sucks never going back please fire her.

Love to shop at this Edwards. The store is clean, the prices are fair, and the quality is good. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is one cashier, Lamun, who's kindness and thoughtfulness is a reason to keep coming back alone. He really brightens my day and it is clear that he cares about the people he sees during the day.

When store first opened, the fried chicken was great. I bought it at least twice a week. Now the fried chicken is not good. Not as crispy as it use to be. I will not be buying any more. But the customer service is awesome. All the checkers are friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I just don’t like how the fried chicken has changed.

Apple Jack cereal never been opened and purchased on Feb 9, 2024. The fact that I called up here and the lady asked what's going on behind the booth at customer service desk like she management hung up after I explained what was going on. I called back another guy answered the phone and had the nerve to ask me do I have a receipt. No, I don't have my receipt, but you can see me on the camera. It's the principle and this is disgusting. Yes, I want my 4 bucks back I don't have anything to giveaway out here. I have never had this problem here, but to be rude about something so simple is insane. I'll be reaching out to apple Jack. I purchased these from here and it was just the principle of the whole situation.
