I went in to do a trade in. Silvia helped me throughout the whole process and explained everything thoroughly, she was very professional, nice, and welcoming. Customer Oriented Car Dealership. You will not feel any pressure when purchasing your new vehicle especially with Ms Silvia Garcia (Product Specialist). Likewise with Parts Department Mr. Robert Jamera, he ordered my Honda Pilot 2010 parts with no hesitation and made inquiry with the Service Advisor. Mr.Jeric Vergara for installation appointment. Went to look at a Honda Pilot. We were not planning on buying that day but ended up doing so. The whole process could not have been easier. They made us a great deal that worked for us! Our sales consultant was Luis Nevarez. He was knowledgeable about the pilot, the brand and the buying process. Because we had no plans to buy on that day, I had to get home to feed my dogs. No problem, Luis brought the paperwork and the car to us later that night. We signed everything at our dining room table and were handed the keys to a brand new, fully washed/detailed and a full tank of gas 2025 PILOT. The next day, I stopped by the dealership to have Luis show me all the things on the car. He went over EVERYTHING step by step.
Our experience could not have been better!

I have needed work done on my car for a couple of years now. They have provided excellent service three months in a row when it comes to getting new tires, new brakes, and all wheel alignment. I still need to go get more work done, and I am certain to follow up with Guillermo and the great team at this location. They are kind, considerate, and proactive in letting me know what needs to get done and how long it will take as well as cost estimates so I can budget appropriately.

When I arrived Andrew Wong helped me by answering all my questions and explaining everything about the service I went there for (oil change). He also washed my car after the service was done and gave a really good discount. He told me that I needed to buy new parts for my car, and explained why. I am really satisfied with the service I received Friday.
