Was in the shopping senter waiting for family to have dinner. I came in to check out store and what they have to offer. I witness the owner giving a customer a rude un professional answer and made them fell uncortable.
I remeber back in the days i mean in early 90 another wealstern wear company in the same shopping center mu grandfather shoped here. I ask if it was the same store guy got offended and rudley asked if i was going to buy something. In other words dont waist his time. There is so much inventory its overwhelming for new customer.
I cant see this place being in buisness much longer with the service they provid.
