The worst car wash
Over priced
$40 every time, yes I chose the most expensive was they have because it’s the only option if you want them to at least “try” and do a decent job
And every time I leave with a half washed car
They rush through every car
See the photos water stains/spots on every surface of my car. Mind you I drive a small compact car so there’s not that much surface to cover
The people don’t car just get the customers in and out
Why do I continue to go ? Because they are the only “full service” car wash around
Speak to a manager about the shirty job ? Good luck finding one, it’s only miserable hourly workers

Went back for detailing to give them a second chance. But their staff let me down AGAIN. This was a 2 star review, now they get 1 star. Their employees are absolutely disrespectful and inappropriate. BOTH times they did decent job on an interior detail service. But, both times the literally threw any belongings without any care whatsoever back in the car. See picture.

The first time they did this on my back seat, I literally had to pick up thousands of businesses cards that were thrown all over the place and the second time Jan 2025, they threw everything in the trunk. So rude and their staff needs SERIOUS trining or they need new staff.

First time Communication was terrible and the wait is literally all day for detail service. I arrived at 9am waited 2 hours for them to tell me to come back at 5pm and didn’t even call me to tell me that it was actually done sooner. Ridiculous…

The owners need to step up and school these clowns on proper customer service and how to treat people’s personal belongings!

I will NEVER go back. I suggest you look elsewhere for proper customer service and respect.

I paid 47.45 and it took them less than 10 minutes. Interior was not wiped clean, the windshield still had guck on the outside and the outside steps weren’t done well. I was charged 2.00 as an SUV but it’s a smaller truck so not back at all. I usually only leave great reviews but this deserves a review.

This used to be a good car wash. They had a display in the waiting room of the soft, scratch-less brushes they use. That display is gone. They no longer pre-hand wash the car, so the cars do not come out clean. Last time in there was so much dirt remaining that I made them send the car through again. Still did not come clean. The manager is rude. That was my last visit. I disputed the charge. Bye bye Estero car wash.

Called El Estero Car Wash after looking on their website to book full exterior and interior details on both my wife and I’s vehicles. Their website says to call for availability within 2 weeks, so that’s what I did. The lady was nice and took down my information and said they had availability Sunday, but the detailing specialist would have to call me back because they were super busy. I received no call back so it gives me no confidence to beg this place to take my money and clean my vehicles. It gives off the impression that you have enough customers and are making enough money as it is so my requested service isn’t important to you. I’ll find somewhere else that will at least have the common decency to put me on the schedule. I don’t know how you intend to make money with your business if you aren’t able to schedule services for your customers. Not a good first impression.

Very quick not longer than 20 minutes very thorough cleaning in and out. Obviously not to the level as detailing but you can definitely get that package there. If you shop at Lucky or Safeway the receipts there have coupons for up to $4 off.

It was my first time to have my car carwashed here.Not worth of what i've paid. Interior vaccum not done properly. Tires dressing/polishing were not done at all though it was included in my payment (Gold? I dont think the color depicts for the expected services) Though there are many attendants. The supervisor should at least check the car if services were done properly before checking it out. It reflects low standard. You should do it slowly but surely. I’ve taken my car to this car wash twice and, both times, they don’t wash my car that well and it’s always dripping wet. They don’t take the time to actually dry the exterior and the dripping water leaves water spots when it dries. They just collect the money as fast as they can. They don’t take their time with cars.
