ask for Free cup of coffee if you spent $25 or FREE scoop of ice cream with $50 purchase of Gasoline or detail or oil change there is also Smog test shop ,Tire alignment shop, Upholstery shop , Window tinting shop, auto Wrap shop, and they have also the best drinking water (sweet & Smooth) at 30 cent a gallon. this place is 5 star and asset to the neighborhood creating much needed jobs and help the community of El Monte and surrounding towns

Horrible car wash, doesn’t wash anything. Still a bunch of dirt, but was just smeared across the sides and didn’t wipe any dirt off the back at all

So I pull up and you can tell the car wash attendant was in a cranky mood so after she ran my transaction, she just walked away, and I had to honk at her to get her attention for my receipt because she had an earbud in her ear. Fast forward to after I get my car wash the air holes and the vacuums were not powerful at all hardly providing proper pressure for vacuuming and air. On top of that, it smelled really bad I think it was the water from the car wash, but either way I was not very satisfied After trying this for the first time

Expensive, I paid $137 for oil change and carwash, much to wish with the service, was only one guy detailing the cars and the work does not worth the price, I got better service for the half of the money in Downey Hand Carwash

Garbage customer service. I called to ask a direct question and the rude girl tells me the smog closes at either 5 or 6. I ask her to clarity, she says uhhh they always close early so you prolly wouldn't make it anyways... as I proceed to ask her what the hours are again she just hung up. Stay wack.

I went for the car wash and I was content with the results. I was happy about the vacuums though! I have a double coated long hair dog and the vacuums did a good job in getting most of the dog hair out of my car! The employees are very nice and welcoming.

The drive thru car wash was great!

I got the $7 basic car wash for our Chevy Truck.

The (free) vacuums and air pressure guns were awesome and very powerful!

I go here for Gas all the time for the past 5 years I want to say. They steady have the most worst costumer service ever’ their staff sucks’ all day every day. They always have new different cashiers because they always need to hire new staff and I wonder why’!? It always sucks to go in there say hi ask please and then pay say thank you’ I appreciate your help’ have a good day and then get no response back and after still feel like your bothering someone for service. Not right’ their AIR and Water never works but always takes my money and I kindly ask for help and they just ignore me all the time and tonight was not an exception.
