This hotel could use a deep cleaning for sure. It's dirty and the showers are clogged. The owners refuse to give my handicap client a handicap accessible room. He can not take a shower or move around his room.

You guys have Roaches after seeing roaches I took the pillow cases off only to find lipstick on the pillows gross?!! No place to hang clothing television was not good voice would go on and off so you couldn't get everything that was being said. They person next door you could hear the door creek open every time they would enter or leave.Worst night not even a place to sit in only one chair the onther rooms have at least a little sofa and the price is the same. They have graffiti on the door frame and in the bathroom window.

Lovely place. Clean and attractive. Good and close parking. Nice owners. Stayed twice. First stay was great, good price too, though 2nd stay, the shower in another room was sub par and the sink was slow to drain. Before you accept the room I advise you check these. Remember aside from this being over looked by the maintenance people, this place overall is very nice, clean and a fair price.

My husband & I stayed here for a night after a late-night drive from Sequoia National Park. Everything is just great! From the rooms to the king sized bed. For the price per night, it's worth every sent. Bear in mind that the rate doesn't include breakfast but I we did not want to spend extra $40 dollars to a brand hotel for donuts and coffee. This motel is very comfy for the price and clean. This place is great for budget minded travelers, and this days who isn't.

The rooms I stayed in were remodel, look better than they did before but I still wasn't comfortable of the fact that whoever does the cleaning doesn't take the time to sanitize the door knobs, wipe down door, dust ... Or do a dsas daily wipe down. Because room 1 hadn't been rented out since remodeled and restroom was really dusty, hair in the shower, and dead water bugs by the bed, and the mini fridge was nasty, not even clean..... The blanket had stains and the chair was nasty filthy... And no room to walk... Room 9 was nice but again they need to do a daily wipe down and make sure nothing is left behind cuz I found a Cologne bottle in the desk... Room 7, the sofa was stained looked dirty I covered it with the comforter before sitting on it and then I found a jack Daniels bottle on the side of the bed, again they need to do a daily wipe down and make sure nothing is left behind.... I let them know about this so hopefully if I ever do go back I won't have any of these problems

Overall, this is a very basic motel, but it is surprisingly nice and clean considering how basic and cheap it is. However, my reason for the 3-rating star is that there was no hot water to speak of and my showers took place with cold water both nights that I stayed there. If you're on a budget and happen to stay in Dinuba, this is a good choice, especially if you're into supporting local businesses. However, if you want hot showers, you're better off at one of the other two hotels in town (Best Western and Holiday inn). I hope that water issue was just in my room and if it was, then this would be a nice, clean place to stay in a budget.

Floor is cold and the heater is too hot even when low. They need to seal the heater around the edges. You can see outside when you look underneath it. Fridge is noisy and if you put something in the freezer part it pretty much defrosts leaving you with a puddle on the floor. Traffic noise is bad.
