I bought a phone charging cable and when I got home I tried to charge my phone I realized that the cable was defected, I returned to the the 21 store the following day to exchange the cable Lady working the cashier, whom I believe was the owner was very very rude, she refused to exchange the cable and basically ran me out of the store in a high pitched voice.
I do not recommend their service nor their products.

I remember the Play ground for kids I like riding the horse with the spring under I would Rock forward and back it was so cool

This place is nostalgic, used to come here a lot as a kid and it's become modernish. You can find good deals on essentials, fashionable items can be pricey and some of the Asian owners in the stores can sometimes follow you around as if you're going to steal something but once they know you're serious buyers they'll leave you alone lol

Everything is closing. El Monte really needs to invest in this place like they are in those huge apartments that are in the works.
I love the Golden Ox, tho. And I can still find my corduroy slippers and giant hoop earrings there. Orale!
