first time coming to this business. first time ever taking something to the cleaners in general. the owner was very nice despite what all the other reviews say. he was able to alter a suit jacket for my boyfriend earlier than when it would initially be ready. the other staff i met were also kind. i appreciate the owner being clear with his policies.

I can’t speak their praises enough! I had a dress delivered two days before my Moms funeral. I was in a bind and called multiple alteration shops and they would not get it done in time.

Finally I found El Sobrante Dry Cleaners, they were the local shop that came to my rescue. He altered my dress and even pressed it within 24 hours. Seriously the alterations were amazing, it fit in all the right places and exactly where I hoped.

The owner was very empathetic and went over and beyond. Thank you so much for helping ease my stress during a very stressful time.

I work in the office next to the dry cleaners. I took a few items for alterations a few weeks back and their team did an excellent job. They have also washed a white jacket that needs special care. It came out as good as new. They also helped me adjust the shoulders of a dress that I needed a few days before a wedding. They were very accommodating!

The two team members that work here are just the best. They have helped me with some rush requests and have cone to my rescue. The last one was a coat that I needed cleaned for last weekened. The coat had a food stain right in the front and it was the only one that would go witg my outfit. I was panicking but the manager was very accommodating and helped me in this stressing situation!

Terrible service. Went for tailoring jacket not ready after a week and not done properly. Do not take your expensive pieces here. Rude owner..never again..he's a liar too. And he knows it.

It took 8 days and cost $30 for a zipper replacement on a sweater. Not too bad right?
However I was told 4 days and $20 when I dropped it off. Owner is unethical and a liar.
I'm never going back.

The team here is very friendly. The place is located between Walgreens and the a Dollar tree. A bit hard to find the first time but worth all the effort. They do a great job every time and the owner is always helpful.
