After talking to a couple of other estate sale services, I’m so glad I found Elite Estate Sales. Working with Jeanie and her staff was such a pleasure! They were very knowledgable, professional yet friendly, and extremely helpful in making you feel comfortable and part of the family. They handle everything. And I mean everything! The display, advertising(the amount of people who showed up, hope you live near a parking lot), pricing(and they work with you on this), accounting, anything to make the sale go smoothly. They even arrange for the haul-away of the unsold items after the sale. I can't say enough good things about Jeanie and her staff. If you're looking at having an estate or moving sale, definitely contact Elite Estate Sales.

The worst estate sale I’ve been to, I feel bad for the homeowners who hired them. Not only does the blonde older lady with long hair FOLLOW people around like you’re trying to steal something, she stared at my jeans in wonder if I’d taken anything. It’s weird I’m dressed nice, jeans are fitted so you can clearly see I can’t put things in them. I was wanting to see the vintage items but was put off by her behavior that we walked out. The prices are sky high, little note to this company…if I can buy it, in a store or on eBay sold new or as a vintage item for less, you have to know this… your prices do not justify buying. You also do the people who hire you a big injustice by price gouging. Also stop bringing your own personal items to customers homes. I will never understand the way you look at people, who are the same people, that keep your business running. The HUGE SIGNAGE, that states no bags, no theft, people will be prosecuted. Are you kidding me… never again. Pay attention to people in a manner that’s not off putting and then maybe you wouldn’t need to place signs all over! Clearly your signs do nothing if someone walked off with your Burberry you were selling at yet another customers home! Hire a different company they’re for their pocket NOT YOURS!!

i’m somewhere in the middle regarding this company. I have been to several of their sales and have had different experiences each time. I think a lot of it depends on who is working the sale. I have been treated rudely, and I have been treated very nicely at other sales with different workers.
I shop for both clients, and my family. I find the prices a bit high, even over retail what they would be brand new. I’m sure they have a strategy for this whether good or bad. One thing they do need to work on is consistency and how they treat The customers who put food on their tables.

I've been to a couple of sales by this company and I always have a great experience. Their prices are fair and the ladies who work the sale are so kind and helpful. They have helped me bag up items, take them to my car, and they have even held items for me after the sale for a later pickup since I live about an hour away from Brevard County. Little things like that keep me coming back to their sales.

I would definitely recommend Elite Estate Sales. Theresa did a great job for us in a challenging situation. She and her partners really dug in and amazingly made a situation that was out of control much easier. Theresa went out of her way several times to accomodate us, helping with certain items, pricing, shipping, etc. She was available any time of day or night with preparation questions and concerns. Very VERY helpful with a situation we had to manage concerning the estate legally. The company and Theresa really helped us, being from out-of-state as far as gaining control of the situation so we could get the home on the market. Made a tough situation better.

I wish I could leave a zero star rating. This is the third estate sale of theirs that I’ve been to as a shopping customer.

Their staff is unprofessional. Loud, obnoxious chattering and gossip that I could hear 3 rooms away while trying to shop and converse with husband.

Today my niece wanted to buy a little figurine for her mother so I told her to ask the sales associate if she could sell it for a better price and my niece was told that they do not negotiate pricing. Rude to a 10 year old is not the kind of person I want to buy anything from.

They are grossly overpriced. If you want to buy something, go to a store, it will be newer, unused, and adequately priced. I told 4 people on my way out that they were rude and overpriced, 2 of which turned around and left.

The owner of this company should amend her mission statement on her website, maybe to something like “we are unprofessional, might take advantage of you, and are overpriced.”

I would not recommend this company for any estate sale.

As a buyer the service was horrendous. The prices are as if the items were new out of the box. They are not! Every item is used and sometimes old. When it was time to pay every sales person was disagreeable and rude.

How can you out that type of pricing and be rude?
We like to do estate sales and from no one we will be avoiding all there estate sales.

It is sad to see such a poor sales team and no qualifications to make a sale.

Items where poorly organized and no preparation was made other than their price tag and there logo.

Again we do not recommend this company for any estate sale. We are not going to any estate sale managed by this company.

This was not our first estate sale as a seller. Based on our past experiences with other estate sale firms, I would rate the Elite process and outcome as OK. When the estate sale was done there was no accountability of what was sold or for how much. It was simply we're done and here's your check, so you are stuck taking a huge leap of faith that they got it right and what they did was fair and reasonable. Furthermore our community is small so many of our neighbors and friends visited the estate sale, collectively their feedback as potential buyers was disappointing.

In the end Elite got it done, just less organization and accountability than we are accustomed to as sellers.
