Absolutely horrendous experience! I put down a $6,000 deposit on a dress and never received the dress OR my money back. No updates, no communication—just complete silence despite my countless calls and attempts to reach them. They completely ignored me and stole my money. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s theft. Do NOT trust this business unless you want to be scammed and left with nothing!

I don't have enough good things to say about this outstanding salon -- they offer extremely beautiful dresses and an incredible experience!

I went this past weekend, and I found a dress that was so out-of-this-world awesome, I can't even believe it exists. My consultant Michael was incredibly helpful and kind (as was the owner). He didn't give me any BS which I appreciated, and I didn't feel rushed at all despite this being a huge decision and wanting to try on a couple of dresses multiple times.

If you have the chance (and the budget), you should absolutely go. I would give them a call for an appointment as I had an issue booking on their website.

Honestly still in awe of how amazing and sophisticated this place was. The best bridal experience ever hands down. Rowan is honestly the most sweetest and genuine person ever. She helped me look my absolute best in every dress I tried on and did not even give a sigh when I would ask to re try on a dress or try it on with a veil/crown/heels. She and Sunny made my experience the absolute best. I felt taken care of and so comfortable and not rushed at all unlike how I felt trying on dresses at Bridals by Lori. Rowan honestly went above and beyond and made me feel like family. Even when I was first trying to book my appointment, Sunny was so excited and helpful and so kind during the whole process. I had to reschedule several times and they were accommodating each and every time. They even opened their store on a Sunday when they are supposed to be off and spent the entire day with me making sure I absolutely loved me dress. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I had the absolute best time with Michael and the owner! Michael kept me laughing and kept me feeling the most confident in my dress try on experience. He was honest with what looked good and what didn't. Michael was the best! Will definitely be back when I am getting married, this time just a bridesmaid dress! The owner was absolutely amazing and so accommodating to us on a time crunch. I would highly recommend coming here! Best experience ever!!

I do believe Rawan and the staff here would like to do right by their customers, but the problem is that they seem so understaffed and their processes are so disorganized that the results are extremely frustrating for the bride. When things go wrong, it's difficult to even reach them and get a response, nevermind to get a straight answer. Promises are made over and over again and broken just as many times. There's no foresight or anticipation on their end to get ahead of potential issues - I don't believe they have the time or energy to do this, and communication is extremely poor when things do go wrong. All in all I had a very stressful, disappointing experience here with my wedding dress.

Note that this review is from my experience in 2022 so perhaps they have increased their headcount and/or improved their process since then.

Edited to respond to Rawan: For privacy reasons I don’t list my name on Google Reviews, but If you don’t usually miss a delivery date then you should know who this is, as you missed mine. To be clear you did not miss my wedding date, you missed the guaranteed delivery date on the contract. Like I said, I get the sense you really want to do well by your customers but at the end of the day, at least in 2022, it seemed like it was far from a smoothly operating business and certainly the team that was supporting you and also interacting with clients needed more training and to be less overwhelmed.

I do have your number but I’m still waiting for a response from the final issue that I texted once and called three times about. At this point I’ve given up and just hope you take this feedback to improve for the sake of your future clients. I wish you well.

The absolute best experience I’ve had dress shopping. Rawan is the sweetest and most kind soul. She brings the magic to finding your dress or accessories. I highly recommend coming here for any bridal needs. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!

Initially, I loved this place! My bridal appointment was great and I found my dream dress but trying to get an update after has been nearly impossible. I ordered my dress almost a year ago and I have not received a single phone call or email to provide me with an update. I have called the store 10 times within the last few months to inquire about my dress and they always say the owner will call me back but she never does. My receipt also didn't have my correct dress designer on it but once I figured that out I reached out to a local shop where I live in NY and they told me the dress was around $4k and Elite charged my more the twice that for the dress. At this point I would really just like to receive a refund and take my business elsewhere.

The customer service here deserves the highest review possible. They made us comfortable as soon as we walked in, changed the music to what we wanted, gave us snacks and drinks. It’s clear Rawan is extremely passionate about what she does. She knew the exact dress style I was interested in and pulled out so many for me to try on. Rawan and Michael are so sweet. They gave me so much attention and explained each dress in such detail. I really couldn’t thank them enough for making me feel like a bride. This place is amazing!!!
