It's chaotic, stuffed full, a bit hard to shop. But if you have the time and energy there are some finds. The store employees are very friendly. Only store we visited that had a good selection of sunglasses and if Lilly Pulitzer is your thing you'll be in heaven.

People who work there are always nice and helpful. The reason for 1 star are the prices , way way to high I guess thats why every rack is over packed with clothes. Very overpriced and a take it or leave it attitude. So I will gladly leave it and let the racks keep getting overloaded to the max. I hope those racks have a very high weight tolerance.

Recently a group of 6 of us visited this shop. Two were Americans and 4 were Canadians. We are all good friends and stay in Vero Beach for about 10 weeks! We have shopped here a few times in the past. At check out one of the Canadians was verbally attacked by the owner claiming she hated Canadians as we always are asking for a discount and also stating her husband hates us as well in his business. The customer was simply stating that she did not want one of the t shirts she had picked up due to cost and the additional 40% exchange that we have to pay. This sent the owner into a tirade about Canadians! As one of the Canadian customers in the store i was appalled at her attitude!! Many many snowbirds from Canada spend millions of dollars in Florida every year!
We will not return to this consignment shop!!

Love this place! It’s a must go every time I’m in town. I even try to go when close to Vero. The ladies are so helpful and the quality is on point. I have only purchased. Never consigned

LOVE this boutique! Always find something nice! Prices are fair, always greated by name when I enter the shop! VERY clean! Clothes are nice too! NEVER had a bad experience! I appreciate that that Elizabeth & Gail give honest opinions on clothes that I'm interested in purchasing!

Elizabeth is an amazing woman to work with! I have been consigning my clothes with her for several years, and she’s incredibly fair. I enjoy the fact that I don’t have to put everything on Poshmark, or eBay; I can just consign with her!

Yes, there is A LOT of clothing to choose from, but it is always quality, and I love that she has high end athletic-wear in the store. Huge plus!

This is a great shop for name brands, and other little brands. You can always find something unique.

I agree with the other bad review - in my experience they are thieves. I do not understand how Elizabeth Thomas is still in business. My Aunt had taken 15, some of which had the original tags, back in September 2013. Each and every month she has gone in to request a status update on her items, only to be given the run around. Excuses like, our inventory is backed up to I don't keep a comprehensive itemized log of each item brought in by consignors, to I don't know which items have sold, to I don't have time to help you locate your items...etc. It has been longer than 90 days and according to the article... "merchandise will stay on the sales floor between 60 and 90 days. If an item isn’t sold, consignor’s have an option of picking up their clothing or having it donated." If this is the case, why hasn't my Aunt been able to retrieve her items. Each month since September, my Aunt has gone back to hear that there haven't been any updates nor credits on her account. Since it appears that Elizabeth's is unable to sell the items, my Aunt would like to have them back. HELP!
