Always friendly, helpful employees to greet you. A great selection of greeting cards and various holiday decorations available. Also anything you might need for a gift and the wrapping paper or gift bags to go with your gift. A selection of Vera Bradley items also.

The store was very well stocked with so much beautiful Christmas decor as well as other items.
I was looking for the Java Sok and found it, easily, on a rack in the back. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love the Hallmark store as the people are friendly and very helpful!!! There gift products and cards are wonderful and I could spend hours there......I wish there online member shopping was user friendly and easier to use....

Love the store but here is a suggestion..Venice is older folks. Have more cards for older grandkids and spouses. Have more cards for great grandkids. We need more choices. Thanks for listening.

I shop here regularly. I receive promotional mailings, coupons, "valued customer" etc. Today I was shopping specifically for 3 items that were advertised in a Hallmark Christmas Spirit, Perfect Gift mailing. When I got home, I realized I had been overcharged for 2 items. I returned to the store with my receipt, the items, and the promotional mailing. I explained to the cashier that the items were marked and I was charged a price double the price quoted in the ad. When I said the "in the book the price is...", the other employee interrupted and said "The book is wrong". She was very unfriendly, rude, and walked away. The cashier said "that's the manager". I think the advertised price should be honored. The manager made no effort to explain or apologize on Hallmark's behalf.....just "the book is wrong". I've never seen this manager before.....but I will never shop there again because of her. I hope she's not an example of other Hallmark store managers.

It is very hard to get assistance here. The two ladies are always doing things behind the counter and never acknowledge customers or ask if they need assistance, much less show you where they are located in the store. One of the ladies said they didn't have anything for "retirement" and there was a whole shelf of things I found myself! Selections are limited (i.e., they only had one card for Age 65 birthday).
Not many sales items or promotions either.

I went there to get a birthday card for my sister in law and I was shocked to find out that they only had one card for sister in law! Really? Target and Walmart had 4 cards!
