Ordered my food for pickup on DoorDash 4:25pm. Pulled up in the drive through at 5:02 to grab my food and head out to work. Only to be told that my pickup order hasn’t even been started and that they close all oven down at 5pm. Mind you, I ordered for pickup 45 minutes prior. This is absolutely absurd. As a daily customer I will no longer be returning.

Drive thru waiter was more involved with his talking to us about his deer hunting and chit chat than taking our order or getting it right. We ordered 2 large and 1 small, recieved 1 large and 2 small, all incorrect flavors, all only partially filled, id say a little more than halfway..We sent 2 back and recieved PIPING HOT Large coffee, but once again, wrong flavors. We were allowed to keep the small incorrect as compensation. .... the younger generation needs work ethic role models. This kid would be great at cleaning the parking lot or washing dishes. He wasn't ready for multitasking. He informed us that he was soooooo tired bc he had to get up early to go hunting. Good luck kiddo.

Happy to finally have a place to get my iced coffee when I am visiting my family. Customer service is “ meh” here though. Nobody seems happy, they look at you like they really wish you weren’t here. No friendly smiling faces at all. Iced coffee is nice but, could be better. When I order a coffee like “ the turtle iced coffee” I would like to taste a bit more sweetness. Instead I get bitterness. I can definitely understand the line being long as, Ellianos and one other coffee shop are the only establishments that have true iced coffee. I will continue to use them when I come to town.

Ordered a regular white chocolate mocha with extra shot of energy and a red velvet muffin heated. My coffee was only half full and the muffin was cold and had a frozen spot in the middle. Spent $10.25 and had a 23 min wait.

I love this coffee shop! The morning crew is amazing your order will be fresh and quick but but the afternoon crew is much slower. Even if you order a head online you will still sit in line at a window for 10 minutes while people will pull up behind you order and get their drinks and food faster. I love the place just wish their afternoon crew was as good as their morning crew.

The drinks are amazing. The food is amazing. The staff is well-mannered and very professional. I'm a regular at this establishment and have never had a bad experience. Frozen mocha and iced vanilla latte are my go to! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was quick and easy, I was treated like family. The girl at my window so hospitable and kind, I believe her name was Sophie, she just knew my order before I even got to the window it was so quick. One of the best ellianos I’ve ever been to and will be coming back.

When I pay for a medium Hot Chocolate, I expect to get a medium cup that's been decently filled. Not a cup that's already halfway empty!! I paid for a medium, why did I get a small in a bigger cup I tell myself not to go, but do it anyway so I should expect this. Anyway, it's a hit or miss. I'd say 6 out of 10 times my order will be correct. 🤷🏻‍♀️
