I had a flat tire, and I didn't have a spare. I needed to go somewhere close to me. I googled for the nearest shop to fix my tire. I went to Ely's Tire. When I pulled up, there was a man waiting and showing me where to park. He looked at the tire and asked if I wanted a used tire or a new one. I purchased a really good used tire at a price lower than I thought. I was out less than 25 minutes. The was very helpful and polite, all staff were. I will be back to replace all four tires for new ones. Great service.

We got our truck tires changed here right before we left on vacation on a road trip with our whole family. On the way there the car started shaking and wobbling to the sides so we pulled over to check out what was going on, we were in disbelief when 10 bolts/nuts came off from 3 tires, our family was put at risk due to this lazy unprofessional work, the bolts were never fastened. We went back to Elys tires and gave them a chance to fix their horrible work or reimburse us, they refused to do both and cussed at us…They are lucky I don’t sue them for the potential accident there horrible work could have caused!!!

Thank you Omar for the recommendation! this shop's service is fast and efficient. Tyrone was able to assist me and put 2 new tires on my car as well as 4 new tires on my nephew's car. Ran into a spare tire issue but these men had no problem helping me out. Great prices as well. I appreciate you guys!

Horrible!!! Avoid this place! I have been a customer at Elys Tires many times. I called to verify if they were still open as I was having an emergency! My tire was severely damaged while my 7 year old was in the back seat. A man named “Chapo” told me they were closing in 5 minutes but I gave him my location/estimated time of arrival and he said he would wait for me. I arrived less than 10 minutes after we spoke and the place was closed, no one there when I knocked or called back. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t care about the safety of loyal customers.

Terrible! Experience i will never go there again. I brought a used tire from there and the next day I have a blow out. I went there the next day and nothing was resolved I had to buy a whole new tire

Went here to have a leak in my tire fixed, was assured that the problem could be fixed. the next day discovered that the tire was still leaking in the same spot, and they had cross threaded one of my lug nuts on the wheel, so I went back. The manager was rude and dismissive, didn't even look at the problem, said there are no guarantees and walked away. I had to go someplace else and spend more money. Save yourself the trouble.

Between this location, and the one down the road. They are clearly the best tire places in miramar, and I'd say all of broward. The employees take care of you, no nonsense a d provide value by helping you get the tires that you need at a price you can afford. Ely's are great and I thank them for there service in miramar.
