Right from the get go since they opened up shop, I’m been a happy customer. They carry all the hardware items I need and knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to assist. This saves me a trip across town to the big box shop empty of enough staff to provide assistance.

I bought a Weber grill from them in the first month they opened. The delivery and set up was great. When the lid was scratched during delivery, the staff made it right and replaced it. No hassles. Did I mention… no hassle. That is the repeating theme that brings me back. I’ve bought pool cleaning supplies, bolts, houseplants, grill accessories, canning jars, etc. Staff are super friendly and always ask if I need assistance.

If you sign up for their rewards program, you’ll receive coupons and discounts which at times are quite significant.

Plus get this. Most all Ace hardwares, including this one, sells frozen pies. Pies! The pies are made from The Pie Company in Ripon, CA. Soooo many flavors. And another great thing is this Ace partners with other local small business food vendors to sell their home made products. Near the cash registers, check out the selection.

So excited to finally have a hardware store in town center. This store is huge. It’s an Ace with what you’d expect, just bigger and very organized.

Everyone was super friendly and I am sure to continue to shop here without having to run to Folsom every time I need something hardware related.

My husband and I shopped here tonight to exchange Christmas lights to match our holiday theme. Sophia was very helpful and made our night, yet store employees Ethan and Samantha were racist and discriminatory creating a hostile environment for my husband and I to shop and buy here. We felt extremely unwelcome by their presence and acts, their hate speech against us, and we were harassed by them in store and targeted. Luckily store employee Sophia turned our night around with great customer service. I feel saddened that all customers of different skin tones and backgrounds are discriminated against based on prejudice false pretenses. That should never be. I hope that an admin of authority will speak to Samantha and Ethan about their discriminatory acts, and will not accept them discriminating against customers, so that all can feel welcomed to shop and buy in their store, such as my husband and I. Racism is illegal and so is their hate speech that they spoken against my husband and I.I have already submitted complaint with corporate and I am looking forward to a positive resolution to be able to revisit to shop and purchase in peace as a valued customer.

The manager/owner was great, The salesperson was great, and the delivery team was awesome. I had more stairs than expected to bring us to my patio but the delivery team had no attitude and kept professional. I recommend this place.

I like very much Ace Hardware. They have almost everything for quick house repairs even when the place is not huge I can find things that are not in big stores. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help, no long waiting lines. My favorite place when I need something to do a quick fix without spending the whole day.

Glad this place is here. Super nice employees willing to walk around, talk about your project, help find items, whatever you need. If they don't have it, they ask more questions and think about stocking it for you. Pretty cool
