I’ve been to Emilio’s 4x now for my boots. The first time, I tried on a few hats and boots, then left undecided. The 2nd time, I tried on a few boots and bought a pair that I liked. The man behind the counter came out and assisted me with trying them on and sizing. He also used his tools to custom mold the boot for my foot for a better fit.
The 3rd time, I brought back the boots because they were still just a little too tight in areas and he said to leave them with him and I could pick them up the next day. The 4th time, the next day, he had the boots on the counter cleaned up for me and ready to go. I tried them on and they fit perfect.
Reading these other reviews makes me believe they either caught him on a bad day or they are fake. He was very patient with what I wanted and helped me out.
We went back and got a pair of boots for my wife as well. He was very helpful with her fitting, cleaned up her boots with a moisturizer, and told us they were on sale. We expected to pay full price, so this was unexpected.
Will be going back and supporting local for our future western wear needs.

Went in to see what I could buy. In the market for some boots so let’s start shopping. The person…perhaps Emilio- said “I’m closing”. Upon seeing my look of confusion…he repeated himself. I told him I heard him and proceeded to leave. The store opens from 10-5 per the sign outside, and this happened at 11:15am.
He obviously has plenty of money to live off and doesn’t need additional sales.
As the other reviewers have stated…this guy is ? RUDE. We will never return.

If I could give no stars I would - Owner was so rude after trying on multiple pairs of boots with every intention of spending $250 in his SMALL shop. We were asked to stop trying on boots and that he was closing up shop at 11am.
Absolutely turned off by this and hope they are bought out by a successful shop who hire nice ignorant teens to help one try on boots.

Went to Emilio’s and purchased several items. The selection was great and all of the items in the store were popular. We wanted a small infants cowboy hat. The owner, a very nice man, went in the back and found us one. I ended up having to stay and extra day so I went back and bought more cloths the following day. When I go back to the area I will definitely go back to the store. Also thank you for the coffee cups !

What an A$$! Went in looking for boots for my wife. She was undecided, so we were going to leave and have breakfast before we came back. As we were leaving, the person running the store said, "If you're not going to buy, just don't come back." Well, not going to buy from him now, and you can believe anyone I speak to will know the type of customer service this "retailer" has. We had all the proper PPE and were respectful. This is the business that should fold during these tough COVID times. I'd rather spend my hard earned money as a first responder elsewhere!

Went in after work while my truck was getting a oil change took a total of 1 minute for a very rude employee or owner I presume to come out and ask if he could help me. I responded no thank You, I am just looking for a shirt for a special event I was attending that weekend. This man rudely told me that there was no browsing and to leave the store. I don’t understand how you work in retail and do not allow customers to browse to figure out what they would like to purchase. Please don’t tell me it was due to Covid restriction because I was wearing all proper PPE and following protocol within standards of the CDC. If you don’t want customers to shop in your store you should shut your doors and move to online sales only. I have spent thousands of dollars in Merchandise in this store as well as family and friends and I promise I will make sure none of us return to this establishment because I do not believe they are deserving of loyal customers based on the way I was treated.
