Drove 33 days before my engine locked up in the middle of the turnpike 2007 Ford expedition 300,000 miles unsafe and unreliable sold to me for $4400. The Kelley Blue Book value is $2500 this experience could’ve caused me and my children our lives because they wanted to make a dollar lack of integrity in business.

I bought a Toyota Tundra from Energy Auto. During the test drive it drove fine. I purchased the truck and as soon as I drove it less than 1 mile after purchase the transmission started to slip the check engine light came on. I had the car taken to Toyota immediately and Toyota ran the code for the check engine light and it was a bad transmission. Toyota said this can be hidden by clearing the engine codes. The engine codes will stay off for a few miles and then turn off once the fault happens again. Energy Auto intentionally cleared the engine code so they would not show any issues. When I explained what happened and asked for a refund they told me too bad because I had a mechanic look at the car. However, that code wouldn’t come up for the mechanic since it was previously cleared intentionally. Energy Auto knew they could scam someone with a faulty vehicle. I would stay far away from this place.

I rate them with a one ,they sold me this vehicle as is but the vehicle was missing parts the vehicle in the shop with repairs over $3000 dollars. Rack and pinion no good , power Steering pump no good, starter no good, electric no good, alternator no good, radiator no good, tie rods no good. I just need to say I guess I paid for the body of this vehicle and tag and insurance like for real smh. Oh let's not talk about I almost killed myself driving down I95 cause a bar was missing that goes to the stabilition bar. This is messed up, I could have just got me a vehicle that cost 10,000 if this was the case. Lord knows I'm ready to show out at this point lemon law is real. Let's not talk about the labor I got to pay to try to get all this stuff fixed. Be careful people money 💰 don't grow on trees some people really work hard for they money like me. Everyday I get up and go to work and drive a bus to buy a vehicle that's messed up. Y'all owe me for real

I can't believe that I bought a Nissan Versa 2013 from this place and the who sold me the car lied to me saying that the car was in good conditions.... The car need more than 4,000 dollars in reparations and it is notcurrently functional it has been THREE DAYS AGO and the car is not functional... I am so disappointed and this situations is putting so much stress in my life, MIKE!! the person who sold the car lied to me in so many things.... The last time the car was serviced was FIVE YEARS AGO!!!.... He told me ONE MONTH AGO!....WHY?!!!!! Why people in this country could be such a liar... Because I am an immigrant?!!.. I am very very disappointed. This should be considered a Fraud!! .. taking advantage of a foreign person as a seller!... Hopefully that persona can sleep with such a guiltiness he knows he should have!!

My husband bought a car there that was an absolute lemon. They lied and said the car had been serviced in May 2024 when in fact it wasn't serviced since 2019. There were about a million things wrong with the car ($4500 of repairs to make it safe and drivable). They said there was nothing wrong with it but the A/C only works sporadically (was jerry-rigged in a really sloppy way), the bearings were rusted, there was tons of rust everywhere (i don't know car part names really), the wheels were bare, and the lights didn't work. I wasn't there to warn him about how sketchy used car salesmen can be, but this place really preyed upon him as a rather recent immigrant to the United States who does not understand used car sales very well.

They told him this car was safe, which it absolutely was not. We went back to confront them about this misinformation because they admitted to me as well that they told him the car was serviced in May 2024, when it wasn't. I'm pretty sure outright lies about a vehicles maintenance history in order to sell said automobile is frowned upon by the law, so we will be taking whatever legal action necessary in order to rectify this grave injustice.
