My 91 year old Mother in law purchased a car from there and her salesmen was amazing. His name is Kevin and he was respectful, knowledgeable and overall just a great guy. It didn't stop with him the whole Enterprise team was incredible. 5 stars across the board

Not a good experience. They sold me an unsafe car. I unfortunately did not find out until a year later when I had a passenger in the back seat. The car did not come with a seat belt buckle. When I did call them, I was told by Alex that all the cars are looked over by their mechanic and everything was fine. I said then they should have noticed it wasn’t there considering it is a safety issue. Alex said there is nothing we can do. I got screwed never thought I would have to check to see is a seat belt buckle would be in a car when you buy it. He the said to me how do we know you didn’t take it out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UOJ BUY A CAR FROM HERE. NOT A GOOD PLACE. THEY NEVER WENT THROUGH THE CAR WITH ME AT ALL. OMAR IS FAKE HE TELLS YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. DI NOT GO HERE WARRANTY IS A RIP OFF UMYOU HAVE TO PAY A Deductible.

This dealership sold me a Hyundai Kona that has significant interior damage with exposed wires of the tail light in the side panel of the hatch back. It’s in an inconspicuous corner that I would never have thought to look and the dealership refuses to repair it. The taillight panel is just completely missing and you can even see the hair of whoever worked on it stuck in the electrical tape of the wires. The windshield wipers were also completely disintegrated in the front and back and they only replaced the back wiper. The metal of the wipers was running across the glass and I couldn’t even use my car when it started to rain suddenly. Please be careful when you buy here. Alex was extremely high pressure in person and then refused to return my phone calls. Do not trust the so called enterprise quality inspection and I would recommend to go somewhere else to buy a car.

### RESOLVED ###

WARNING!! The customer service is good, but quality control needs improvement. They missed a critical inspection item - rotor and brakes - yet still sold the car, when it could be risking our lives on the road.

Bought a car from here - Mazda CX-30 - last year. They mentioned that they had the car inspected and replaced new brake parts. However, during our annual inspection and oil change, we found out that the back tire rotors are TOO SMALL, and it hasn't been working ALL THIS WHILE! Only our front brakes were fully engaging. Isn't this dangerous?

This should've been noticed during inspection and fixed before the sale. So far, they're not taking responsibility for this mistake. Warning to future buyers to give extra scrutiny to the cars they sell.

EDIT: Changed from 1 to 5 stars. I submitted some paperwork to Enterprise and they came through. They found a local Pepboys for me, scheduled an appointment, and paid for the rotor and brake replacement. The fix was done in a day. The whole process from discovery to resolution took less than 5 days. Shoutout to Dima from customer service for assisting me all the way. They took responsibility and are making improvements.

I purchased a Nissan versa 2020 back in 2022. I ended up having multiple issues with it and spent a lot on repairs. It broke down on me a month ago and left me stranded. Two days ago it kept malfunctioning so I turned it in for a 2025 Honda Civic Sports. I just expected my Nissan to last longer than 2 years since when I bought it here I was told it passed a background check.

Love the car and the sales people were very nice. Decided on the car via web site and signed the deal, driving off with less than 2 hours on the lot. But I still haven't gotten the floor mats promised. The detail job was shaky at best, coffee stains on the seat and not vacuumed. Lesson learned: If you don't have it when you drive off the lot Never ever expect it!
