I worked with Alberto for my Lincoln car. He was amazing and very helpful. I was trying to get my moon-roof fabric redone because it lost tension. The ford dealership in SB was extremely unhelpful. So I ended up driving to Oxnard to get it fixed. Best choice I could’ve ever made. Even gave me a loner car to borrow for the day. Thanks again

Daniel Ayala, the service advisor, is absolutely top-notch! Every time I come in, he’s attentive, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Daniel takes the time to explain what needs to be done, answers all of my questions, and never makes me feel rushed. I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my recent experience was so dangerous it left me very dissatisfied. I had my 2021 Corsair serviced a few weeks ago and the technicians found the car needed to have a part in the fuel line (the filler neck) replaced. It was under warranty so they replaced the part and returned my car. The first time I needed to fill my car with gas after the service (which happened to be late at night and far from home) I noticed a big puddle growing underneath my feet. When I looked under the car I saw and smelled gallons of gas pouring out from the bottom of my car. Gas had also pooled on an undercarriage cover and soaked many parts of my vehicle. There was gas everywhere, and it kept draining well after I stopped the pump. I was shocked and terrified, as one tiny spark could have led to an explosion. Not wanting to risk an explosion, I had to have the car towed all the way home, which was a far distance away. I called the service department the next morning (Saturday) and was told the folks who could help with a car pickup wouldn’t be in until Monday, meaning I was without a car all weekend. I got ahold of the right folks on Monday and explained the problem. They said they could come get the car Tuesday after a loaner would be returned. I didn’t hear from them Tuesday and had to call back Wednesday. They came and got the car Wednesday afternoon and left me a loaner. On Friday (exactly a week after the problem was discovered) they returned my car, claiming they found and fixed a bad/loose hose in the fuel line. My car was not leaking gas before the initial service, so I can’t help but think they installed the initial replacement part incorrectly, had given me a bad replacement part, or forgot to tighten a clamp. I understand mistakes happen, but had I not noticed the gas leaking at the station I could have been really injured. The overall experience was a huge headache and I’m lucky nobody was hurt. I’ve definitely lost trust in this service department. I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 because the problem is supposedly fixed and the individuals I spoke to were professional.

This business should get six stars! Not only did they get me the car I wanted at the price I needed ( I know it was challenging); Armando, manager of finance, called me days later to tell me he had negotiated an even better interest rate to make my monthly payments lower! Talk about going above and beyond for the client! So, if you are looking for a new or used car this is the place to go. An exceptionally helpful staff- Nancy, Paul and Armando! Thank you ALL!!
