What a great coffee, toast, and atmosphere this coffee shop has! Let me start with the Pirulim coffee, it is a must try! The presentation was phenomenal and the taste was delicious. The Equilibrio toast was fresh and very flavorful. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of the coffee shop is very nice. I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking the time, effort, and dedication to open a great coffee shop in this plaza.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Specialty Coffee Experience!

We discovered this specialty coffee shop and absolutely loved it. We tried their coffee, and it was a true gem—rich aroma, well-balanced flavor, and perfectly brewed. The sourdough panini with prosciutto and roast beef was simply delicious: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is friendly and attentive. Definitely a place we want to visit again. Highly recommended for coffee lovers and those who appreciate well-made food!

I tried the sourdough panini with Salami, as well as the one with Manchego, and both were absolutely delicious! The sourdough added a perfect touch to the rich flavors of the meats and cheese. I also had a cappuccino and a latte. The cozy atmosphere makes for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food and exceptional coffee!

You will hope that at least will collect the plates from your table, as they ask for a tip I think is the least they can do.

This coffee shop is an absolute gem! The coffee is rich, bold, and always brewed to perfection — you can really taste the quality in every cup. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with that perfect mix of cozy and lively. The pastries are next-level, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. Equilibrio is a beautiful coffee house with top-quality specialty coffee. The food is absolutely delicious—the prosciutto and roast beef paninis are full of flavor, and the alfajores are soft and delightful. Their iced teas are also incredibly refreshing. The place has a cozy decoration, and the music creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. If you’re looking for great coffee, fantastic food, and a lovely ambiance, this is the place to be!

A new cafe in Weston, and so needed!!! This place is wonderful, the customer service is great, the coffee is amazing, and the food is awesome. They have the best atmosphere… music, seating and lighting. We ordered a regular latte, completely smooth. We also ordered a pistachio cappuccino, and truly enjoyed it. We had a slice of the carrot cake and the tiramisu. Truly enjoyed everything. Found out they have something called the Coffee Experience. $80 per person or $120 for three people. You get table side service. They roll out an espresso machine in a cart, and make you whatever you want, for 30 minutes!!! I told my husband, I want that for my birthday LOL.

Went back for more and tried their Pirulin Capuccino. We also ordered media lunas, tequeños and a cachito. Took a crème blue cube to go and a dulce de leche cruffin to go.

I loved the cachito and the tequeños. At home I shared the cruffin with my kids and they were in heaven. I didn’t know what to expect but now I know I need more than one.

They were busy today but the service was still spectacular. Will definitely keep going back.
