Crooks!! Bought a pair boots @ Skyland location. I asked saleswoman if could exchange she said yes., She even called Northport and checked to see if they had the next size smaller. I wore them out of the store and into my house. Boots proved to be too big. Tried to exchange them the next day in Northport location. They wouldn’t exchange them. I went back to Skyland location, and by that time I believe the called had been made to say exchange them. So now I stuck with $220 boots that I can not wear. I’ll shop at Academy from now on.

My go to place for all of mine and my husbands work shoes/boots. If I was a cowgirl, this would be the place to go for boots and western wear, but I'm not. Just a plant worker and my husband works in the oil field. Close to home and convenient.

The staff showed me that I was very unwelcome in this store. I went in to shop, I was never asked if I needed assistance. This was my first time in this store. I felt totally ignored. Please don't give this store any business as their prejudice is showing.In 2018 people still don't get that God made us all, we didn't get a choice of what color you would be born. This is the most backwood, ignorant thinking, grow up!

I showed up to the store in northport a little while before they opened up. The lady at the front actually opened up and let me in to find the boots I need. Not very many people would do this. Great customer service!
