Nice people, but very poor service. Ordered engravings on multiple items. One was completed, but quality was poor. They promised to fix the problem with remaining items the next week, but when I returned a week after that, items were still not done, or even begun. Have no faith in this company's word.

Good store that does excellent embroidery! My daughter goes to a Christian school in Conway (Conway Christian School) and they always have her school logo! A couple different color versions too!

Carried a handmade knife for engraving in. Results are amazing. Price is great. Have been in several times and defantly going back. Highly recommended. Great service and extremely friendly.
