Have had multiple really nice interactions with the sales staff here. Helpful without being pushy, and genuinely interested in helping you find what you need. Most recently I came in looking for a pair of shorts, and after determining they didn't have something that would fit my needs gave me some alternative suggestions in-store/online. The associate helping me even mentioned she had walked into the Gap recently and had seen something that might fit my needs! That kind of interaction makes me want to shop at Everlane more, just really nice folks here.

Friendly friendly and helpful staff. Love the sign-up system to line up for the dressing room without actually having to line up! Quality of the basic clothes seems very durable and comfortable, especially compared to other brands at the same price point.

Adrian and his team were so helpful and passionate about the brand. They made sure to go above and beyond so that we'd have excellent experience in their store. Everlane is lucky to have this team representing their brand in Palo Alto! In terms of their clothing, every piece feels like it can be a timeless addition to your wardrobe and the quality is excellent. If you cannot make it to the store, their online retail experience is equally as wonderful and they have an easy return policy. You will not be disappointed!

Seriously the best customer service ever! The clothes are simple and beautiful. I have shopped online but never in the store but after the wonderful experience I had in the store I don’t think I can just go online. Beautiful clothes and beautiful people! Loved my experience this afternoon!

I really like the store's style for clothing and shoes. However, I have been to the store 3 times already and the customer service hasn't been the best for the type of store that it's. All 3 times, I have experienced that management only assigns one person in the shoe department even when the rest of the store is empty and the shoe department has a lot of people; making the wait for try on shoes around 30 mins. I brought up to the manager that it wasn't fair that other team members were just walking around the store literally doing nothing and the team member at shoes was getting stress because there were a lot of people requesting shoes. He didn't seem to care and I left disappointed.
