One of the employees, of middle eastern decent ( apologies for not asking name ) was exceptional and I would have walked out and pursued a different location if she didn’t take the initiative to assist me in finding the right accessories to match my navy blue dress pants.

I was visiting from NY and Bella in the Corona Ca store was absolutely wonderful! Great CS skill set, extremely knowledgeable about Express products and just lovely to work with. I think Express should use her Regional to train new employees and or perhaps to hire the best. Again thanks Bella.

Bella helped me out so much! If I ran a business I would definitely want her on my team. I was doing last minute shopping for a wedding and she was able to make some majic happen. I buy all my clothes from express. I bought something online and the button was broken so I asked the corona store to hold them for me and I’d be there after work. Well when I get off.. after work I have to drive down the 91 freeway to Riverside from Orange County then try and get to the 15 freeway which is possible but a nightmare..a 15 min drive would take me about 40 minutes so I’ve asked the employee at this store everyday I’ve gotten off work if they could please hold my pants one more day and I’ll be there the next day..well everyday I couldn’t get back to the store..the thought about getting back in my car again while there was still so much traffic I couldn’t..so I called about 4 times and they have politely told me not to worry that they’d hold them another day.
I want to say that your employees have not given me attitude, they have not said you only have one more day..they have been the best..they gave me till tomorrow which is my day off and I wanna say this is why I shop here. Great customer service plus I love your clothes. The Dos Losgos crew is awesome and I thank them for holding the pants. I don’t feel stressed I don’t feel like I have to get there now..they’ve allowed me to do it when it was convenient for me and that is the best customer service. Thank you express for hiring the best crew at the Corona location. Im a happy customer.

Isabel was very accommodating and I can tell she took pride in her job and it meant a lot to her to provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond for me while I was shopping. Be Kind To Others

Unfortunately, I no longer shop at your stores. Too many times purchasing clothing that smell of someone's body odor or poor quality of boots. I don't purchase used items and pay full price, especially, soiled items you put back on the racks. Very disappointed.

Sizing is so off an Xl fits like a medium and not to mention the full of attitude employee when all I asked was if they had a bigger size. Won’t be returning.
