Customer service is terrible!! 4 girls standing at the desk gossiping and cussing. I asked for a dressing room for my husband instead of showing us where it was the girl pointed and then started talking to the other girls again. The store set is Poorly done, the girl ringing us up kept talking to us like we were irrelevant then would talk to her co worker’s. I will never shop there again.

Employees lack costumer service.
I got in line to pay for my items,(store was emty by the way) waited around 5min in line for someone to come to the register, I looked behind me and two Employees were talking to each other, when I go over to ask them to ring Me up, the girl with the greenish hair color looks at me like I am interrupting something important, and still she took her sweet time to go over to the register to ring me up.

Quality shopping experience. The inventory is not what I expected but they have good deals here. Their line has always been a favorite because of the attention to detail. Not a large selection but very nice evening wear. Sadly no abundance of accessories and what little they had was a bit higher priced then other shops. Good customer care and checkout is very friendly.

I was in the line waiting to buy a good amount of clothes , while waiting in line I noticed Manager “Sarah” being very rude to a customer on wanting to get store credit on a item purchased on line.

I decided not to buy anymore due to that bad service and bad attitude from this so called manager .

I decided with to go with Armani exchange instead. Train your employees to find solutions.

I work for customer service and I knw better the to treat customers the way SARA the manager treat me she was so rude did not try to help me with my order I drove 1hr to this express store I explain to her and she refuse to do a simple exchange her reply to me was it was a waste of my time to come here .did not care for my drive while she was laughing worst service ever .
