I just arrived in Baja California after picking up an incredible Jeep Grand Cherokee from EZ Auto Sales. It's true that the ad looks as though it's a personal sale; however, in the end, the service was so professional, personal, and fluid, that I'm now convinced that working with a dealership (at least this one) is fundamental to a completely legal, expertise sale. The owner was generous and helpful from the beginning, I had to fly in to pick up the car and he picked me up at the airport to facilitate the whole transaction. I was in his office no more than 10 minutes to get all the paperwork done, he had everything ready, and from start to finish it was a clean, smooth, positive experience. I would recommend buying a car from this owner with no reservations.

Got a great car today for my daughter from these guys. They were very helpful and honest. The Honda was in wonderful shape, and they answered all the questions that I had for them. They even went with us to the nearby registration spot to make sure we got the sticker and the transfer was smooth. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a used car in San Diego.

Went here to check out a car they had for sale on Facebook marketplace. Met with the owner, Fred -- a down to earth, straight forward great guy. I share this because this is a used-car auto sales business. I've had many experiences with used car places and of all of the places I've been to this is the only one I've ever found that I could refer to other people and feel confident that they would be treated well.

If you're reading this and looking to buy a used car but haven't been here yet, checking them out for yourself certainly would not be a waste of your time.

Not a good place to buy a used car. On their listings they lie about the title being clean or not. Also on FB marketplace and Craigslist they don't advertise themselves as dealers(which they are) leading to misleading customers. Trying to make money off of genuinely good people trying to buy cars.

Bought a Kia Sorento from EZ Auto Sales. Fareed & Mohammad were very god to deal with. They were very professional and the whole buying process was easy and to the point. While this is typical for a dealer, these folks hid some really large damaged areas of paint on the roof of a car I was interested in in their Craigslist photos, and even said the car was in 'excellent' condition. Yeah right, we are talking like the size of a saucer plate or something like that. Doesn't say in their CL ad they are a dealer either. I get dealers do this, but it is just a big waste of time for me and makes me never want to go to a dealer again.

Bad experience almost bought a very over priced 23 year old car from these crooks. Saw a post on FB marketplace about a certain car I was looking for with extremely low mileage...but they were asking like 3k over value. Talked them down to a decent price but still about 1200 over value, which we were willing to pay long as the pre purchase inspection came back good. Well I found a very reputable auto shop to do the inspection. They found possible transmission problems. Ez auto here didn't want to budge or do anything about it at all. Asked to have the trans serviced since it's been 6 years since last done and car has been hardly driven in that time, maybe a service with new fluid would take care of the problem..but nope nothing from these people. Guy that came with me was overall nice until I broke that news to him and on the drive back to their used car lot became very rude and nasty. Told me I spent too much on the inspection and should have went with Firestones 30$ one. Lol! I could do a better inspection myself in the parking lot. Of course they wanted me to go to a cheap inspection in hopes nothing would be found and I'd pay 1200$ more than a car is actually worth. Stay far away from this back alley used car dealership. Outrageous prices. Looking to make a quick buck and screw over unsuspecting people with no car Witt's.
