Will not exchange bad vapes, spent 20$ for a vape that wouldn't stop heating up an burnt the coil! Got very rude an defensive when I went in trying to exchange it. Told me to never come back, he did not care. I've been shopping here since 2007 will never return.

He even told me the reason was because there from China. Elfbar vapes are based an shipped out of the uk an they do returns an exchanges so they are 120% fake vapes.

Food is mostly expired!
Glass is cheap overpriced China glass, can order the same things online for 1/8th-1/4 of the price. Bangers for thc concentrates are glass, NOT QUARTZ! THEY WILL EXPLODE when heated!

The only place that won't trade out a bad vape he sold me one with a bad battery and it tasted like bug spray but the guy wouldn't exchange it and I opened it right in front of him so it's not like he could think I was trying to get a free one I also scanned the code on the box and it was not an authentic vape I would not recommend anyone to this place anymore I've been going there over a year and he knows who I am and still wouldn't do it and also the fact he got very rude when I tryed to explain to him that it was bad
