The products are decent, and the material is great, but some shirts have missing buttons, which is unacceptable. The worst part is the behavior of the employees. They constantly chat and ignore me. I asked if they had any long-sleeve button-up T-shirts, and they rudely denied it. After a few minutes, I managed to find them myself. Their attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional.

Love coming here!! Every sales person I’ve ever talked to at this location has been incredible. From recommending products, helping me find the right sizes, to being very friendly and making it very easy to checkout. I’ve had a membership with Fabletics for almost 10 years and love their brand and quality.

Went into the store and struggled to read the sizes on each item. Why not have them on the outside where I can easily flip through - like every other clothing store in the world?! I like their styles, not a fan of membership, hate that a lot of stuff is out of stock online.

Just came out of this store and this is definitely the worst costumer service ever. 3 employees, all just playing on their phone, zero attention what so ever. Might as well just put a self-checkout.

Just left and two college students said nothing to me let me shop without any assistance. Then as I approach the counter to make a purchase it was like pulling to teeth to ring me up. Maybe both young ladies had a bad day but you just opened.
I hope they both have a better a day and maybe stay off of their phones as they are on the clock or put the phone down when a customer walks in. I got a gift for my mom so that is the important part.

This place is amazing whoever is doing their marketing. Oh my god like you go in and if you're a" member" then you basically get like 50% off. It's insane never in my life. Have I seen this? And the service is great and all the girls in there just go out of their way to help you and they really all go above and beyond. If there is a 10-star rating it'd be 10. I loved the people in Tampa and saw them on the weekend here right next to my house in Wesley Chapel! I adore every single employee there always willing to help me and make a pile of clothes for me, asking if they can help me find anything, the clothes are great material and long lasting! I came for the grand opening so so proud and happy for everyone! I am a regular for 6 years now so they will be seeing me there a few times a month. I started at a size 3x now a size XXL the company got me to have confidence and feel pretty to loose weight. I got great deals for the holiday gifts thank you all and see you soon again! 🙂
