Took my wife to get a faja on black friday the lady in there was nice she told us about the sale going on and when we purchased it we could exchange it if we got home she puts it on and it was to big. My wife got measured and tried on a faja she thought it fit good we got the 5xl. Today Saturday my wife puts it on because she wanted to wear it turns out she got it to big and it was a bit loose. So we go back to the store to exchange it for a smaller one and the lady there today got upset that we were trying to exchange it at this point I walked out because I was pissed off. But she did the exchange my wife ended up getting 3XL from a 5XL big difference but charged $17 more aside the $120… and she kept saying that they shouldn’t be doing this and this will be the only time she will be allowed to exchange this just giving us hard time. Looking at the other few bad reviews I see we aren’t the only ones that had trouble with this store. Exchanging/ Returns should be simple yet this store doesn’t like that.

Anna helped me so much find the perfect waist trainer she was so nice and so helpful with all my questions!! I recommended to Men and Woman to come and get there waist trainers, and shape wear here !!! I was going to buy online but here is way better because you can get fitted and see different styles that look good for YOUR body !!

Good quality products. The employee helped me fit into a bridesmaid gown I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get into. She came in the dressing room with me and helped me get the shapeware on and the dress on over it. She was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her and the experience I had. If you want help in a safe space where you feel accepted at any size I definitely recommend this store.

Love the quality of the fajas and the attention to service! The ladies were very helpful when measuring. Very clean fitting rooms and bomb music ? 10/10 would recommend great variety of options for all shape wear needs!
