Went looking for a refrigerator and ended up getting a mattress too. It was a last minute emergency purchase since our Christmas party food and medications were going to go bad when my old one stopped cooling. The store is fabulous & all the staff were wonderful. Purchased a really nice Maytag fridge at a great price and it was in stock when I needed it. Could not ask for better customer service. I will be recommending Famous Tate's Winter Haven location to all my friends and family. It was the best appliance purchase in my life. 5 Stars all the way! Famous Tate is #1 for appliances and bedding, no doubt about it & highly recommended A+++++ all the way! Merry Christmas 2024 to all the wonderful employees at this location.

We love this store! We’ve never been disappointed .i received my new oven today. Right on time! We’ve bought refrigerator , washer & dryer too! Never disappoint . From sales to delivery they’re the best! Heidi in sales! Ask for her!

We got all new appliances and Anthony called and said there was a mix up on our order. They upgraded our refrigerator and our dishwasher at no extra cost. I highly recommend Famous Tate for any future purchases.

The employee was very nice but they don't have a good variety on top freezer refrigerators, and the few they had were more expensive than other places. They showed me the ones on Clearance due to scratches, you get a better deal there, but they didn't have what I was looking for.
I would go back if I need another appliance or mattress, I didn't have time to check them out. It's a nice store.

Incorrect installation of dishwasher has caused my glasses to be ruined. I have never experienced this and couldn't figure out what was wrong. The appliance warranty person who came to the house realized the problem and very kindly explained what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Famous Tate would not take responsibility. We asked our plumbers with whom we've had a long standing relationship with over the years to resolve the issue for us and they could hardly believe how ineptly our dishwasher was installed. Very pleased to get the issue resolved with the assistance of kind and honest gentlemen. If you are unable to install yourself, I would recommend finding a reputable plumber to correctly install - before your glasses are ruined!

Very knowledgeable and patient. Met my needs with no pressure sales. Delivery was only a few days. In the door hooked up and level. Of all the places I have shopped, I would recommend Famous Tate over all. Service and price can't be beat.

After a few stops at all the big box stores shopping for a new refrigerator. We decided to check out famous Tate. The amount of help and professionalism that Tina showed was above and beyond, Any store we had been to that day. I was always told they were the highest prices in town. That is definitely NOT true there prices was the same and most lower then other stores. Would highly recommend them and definitely ask for Ms. Tina. Also they had super fast delivery and that’s important when you don’t have a working refrigerator.

Excellent and fast, we needed a new washer/dryer quickly and had the attention and fast service we needed. Had our new washer/dryer within 2 days! Very happy with Famous Tate & Heidi was extremely helpful.
