I personally have had nothing but good experiences at this shop. Im not sure why there’s so many negative reviews 😢. A year or so ago I purchased some home decor from here and it’s in my living room. Lots of things to choose from and the store is very fun to walk around in. If you’re in the area, take a look around! You might find something cute like I did 😊.

Horrible customer service. Very rude people.

My wife and I rarely go out to St. Armand's Circle, but I surprised her today with a trip to our favorite Pizza Place, and the one store she likes to visit. Fanta Sea.

We had just finished eating, got some gelato, we then made our way to the store, where my wife had a little kids cup with a few mouthfuls left, and she walked in the store with me.

We were approached immediately, which I like in any store, but what came out of the rude woman's mouth was all but welcoming. She immediately pointed to the door and said, "We all enjoy ice cream but you'll have to leave". VERBATIM.

She was rude and the only good part was, we felt like teenagers again.
All she had to say was, I'm sorry <-- would you mind <-- finishing your ice cream outside then came back in? We'd love to have you. I emailed them, and posted on facebook. Here is their reply. "Hi Mark Thank you for the email and your posting on FB. We do have a policy of not eating food in our store, as we are not a restaurant. We do hope that you will visit again. Kindest Regards, FantaSea" Are you kidding? You mean, you're not a restaurant? I Had no idea. (sarcasm) These people don't know how to run a business, except I think they profile people, and the excuse they used to have us leave was the cup of ice scream... Not even an apology for the poor treatment we received.
