I enjoyed my shopping experience because the young lady was very helpful and kind. My issue is that I spent over $500 and purchased a Fendi purse and the buckle fell off before I even used it. I contacted them the very next day via multiple means and no one acknowledged anything. I don't live in the area so a simple apology would suffice. Now I wonder if this is a real Fendi. Check your merchandise thoroughly before you leave.
