So I can’t come look at dresses? It’s a Fashion Store isn’t it? Instead of telling me, “excuse me what are you looking for?” In a condensing tone you could have approached me and said , “Hi how can I help you?”… just say you don’t want certain people to come to your store. Don’t come here if you want to feel unwelcome smh.

I was interested in two sundresses, but needed to try them on. You are not allowed to try on at this store. You have to purchase to try on. Then, if it doesn't fit, you have to bring it back. I asked the clerk how long I have to return it and she stated 5 days.

Yesterday, I went to return the dresses, as they didn't fit. Though the store was supposed to be open at 10 am, I arrived at 11:00 am to find the store closed. So I had to go a third time today, where I was told NO REFUNDS! I stated that I was never told this, but she said that I must not have been paying attention, because she always tells everyone that. 🤨
I asked where this policy was posted and she went behind the counter and pulled aside some the clothes hanging there to reveal the sign. I said "Really...behind the clothes?".
She would not refund my $90+ purchase. Never again!!

Love this shop they have cute styles and the clothing lasts for a good while. Also the women who run it are so friendly and always offer great outfit suggestions . I am thick and they always have clothes for me to fit that flatter me. I just wish they had an online store so I could order when I'm not in the area.

I paid with a card and the person told me it was 75 cents. When I paid, I realized that he had charged me a dollar to use it when he didn't tell me before using it. I will definitely not return here
