Honestly I wanted to love this store after all the cute stuff they posted online. But.. this store and some of their employees are not plus size friendly. I walked in and wasn’t greeted with 3 employees working. I found the plus section and went to try on clothes. While I was in the dressing room an employee was talking to a guest and they were talking about weight and the employee stated “at least I’m not like some girls who are like cows. I just have a little weight that I need to work on.”

Never in my life. EVEN AS A RETAIL MANAGER WOULD I EXPECT THIS TYPE OF TALK! I’ve been in retail for 15 years and this is completely inappropriate conversation to be having with a guest. Once I walked out of the dressing room the guest and employee just stared. I was co completely embarrassed. The employee didn’t even ask how the things I tried on fit. 0/10 will not recommend and will not return.

Boutique items at great prices! I'm amazed they can sell such awesome things for $10! Most things in the store are less than $30. And their merchandise changes a lot, so there are always fun seasonal items! A great plus sized section, too! Definitely worth checking out!

We were very disappointed after today's visit. Customer service was very poor. Usually we love going to Fashion Ten and have great experiences. Unfortunately at this location we have been having issues during our last few purchases. Today they had a $1 rack that had a few different options on it and I chose a shirt that had at least 5-6 of the same style on the rack. Once we checked out we realized something was off with the total price. Instead of being $1 the shirt rang up as $3. I know this is not a huge difference and normally I wouldn't have even said anything but the last time we purchased something from the sale rack the same situation happened then. We had barely stepped away from the counter. We turned around and spoke with a different cashier as the previous one was busy helping someone else. The way that the cashiers acted made us feel like we should have known that the shirt was not $1 but instead $3 because there was a blue dot on the tag. I let them know that there were multiple shirts of the same style on the same rack and we had no indication that it was a different price. We were then told that we could only return one thing one time and even getting that one item returned they made us feel like the whole situation was our fault even though the items were in the wrong place. A driver's license had to be shown to give the $3 refund and we had not even walked away from the counter area. I understand their policies and I've never returned or exchanged an item before from any of the fashion ten locations. Considering that we had barely moved away right after we completed our purchase they didn't seem to even try to be understanding of the situation.

You have to really watch what fabric you get because just about all of my shirts are picked after one wash. I haven’t been back in there since the prices started going up. I am plus size and there used to be so much $10 variety but not so much anymore. I feel like this store has went downhill because the prices have gone up and that’s what people loved about this store was the $10 prices. And like the other reviews, the girls can be very unfriendly.

Today I went out shopping and REALLY wanted to visit Fashion Ten in Fort Oglethorpe. I called to check closing time and unfortunately it was 15 til closing. The lady asked me to please stop by anyways, she would help me! I was THRILLED! Jessica greeted me at the door, walked me through the entire store, she give me the BEST professional advice on things and I felt like I was shopping with a friend! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, professional, and welcoming! The prices and selection are amazing and I can’t wait to go back! Thanks Jessica for a great experience!

I love shopping here, there clothes are amazing and at a affordable price. But Saturday I went in and it was like teenage drama at the counter I could hear the girls talking bad about a customer that had just walked out of the store, they were on there phones talking about stuff going on on social media while there were customers in line trying to get checked out. Looked nothing but like a teenage drama party to me! But the ladies on the floor fixing everything up after customers and hanging new inventory were busting there butts and we’re doing and amazing job!

So I just left Fashion Ten. The date and time is December 2nd 3:03 pm. I am African American and so is my daughter. We walked into the store. The only customers in the store. There were 3 staff/employees on the floor working, two were behind the register and one was folding up clothes by the door. NEITHER one of them asked me if I needed help, or even said hello. We were in the store for 10 minutes. And still no acknowledgement.

2 NON African American women walked into the store, and immediately they were greeted with a warm Hello!

At this point, I politely put the clothes back that I had in my hands.

I will NEVER GO back to this store. They will never get a dime of my money AGAIN!

This was definitely racial discrimination.
