Express lanes are a disaster. Always backed up worse than normal travel lanes. The fees are never adjusted for varying conditions. Poorly run. Also, Broward should have never voted for the penny tax. Transportation is terrible and government rarely knows how to properly spend the funds as evidenced by the unchanged congestion.
