Fed ex admitted they made a delivery mistake but claims it's not responsible for the package stolen. It required someone be present, package was stolen when it was placed outside of a gated area but they claim it WAS delivered but left outside by their mistake, we are out $170.00 claim denied 2 times fu

I am certainly disappointed in the service I have received so far from FedEx. I received a call 2 days prior telling me to stay home to receive my package that requires a signature. I took the day off expecting the delivery to arrive around noon like most of the items I have received via FedEx. At 3pm I checked my email and it said the parcel would be delivered on Friday. I saw in the documentation that my parcel sat in the same facility in Rialto California for 3 days I became very irritated. I would have driven to Rialto to pick it up 1. I needed the parcel to complete and important video shoot for the evening it was promised. 2. I had put off all of the things I needed to do before going off to celebrate my birthday. 3. After speaking to several people the only assistance I could get was advice to spend my birthday weekend sitting around waiting for the package to be delivered. I asked them if I could pick the $300 parcel up from the facility that serves my area so that I would not miss my beach trip they told me they couldn't hold it. It had to be delivered to my home. The sender even tried contacting them to hold my delivery. I don't understand how It can be picked up after but can't be picked up before they attempt to deliver it unsuccessfully when I am telling them ahead of time I will not be home. The other disheartening thing is the customer service manager told me FedEx makes no guarantees. 10days for delivery? I would have been better off using the US postal service. It would have been faster and more cost-effective and I would not need to write this review.

I called off work to be home to sign for package only for driver to make no attempt (never knocked or ring doorbell) when I called customer service the rude guy (never said his name) told me I should pay attention and listen to someone entering my property. Then I asked him if he can hear some one place a sticker on his door and he said yes. I asked to speak to a manager since he wasn't being helpful he told me if I want help call back and clicked on me! I called back to say what he did and the lady that answered said there was no history of my previous call! I was furious at this point. (The drama isn't even over) I finally speak to a manager who tells me he contacted this location and they can't get a hold of the driver but they will call meif driver returns before his shift ends at 6. At 6:03p.m I get a call from a lady saying it doesn't make sense for a driver to do that maybe I didn't hear when they knocked or rang the bell I explained to them how I waited in my living room which is approximately 10 feet away from my front door. I would've definitely heard. They just have alot of excuses.

Missed the delivery by a few hours, so I took the door tag to this location. The place is gated with lots of delivery trucks inside. All you have to do is go to the turnstile by the customer parking entrance (west side of compound) hit the call button, let the person that answers know you're here with a door tag and you'd like to pick it up, they'll buzz you in. The gentleman was nice, located the package and had me sign for it on the spot and i took it home. Went a lot smoother than i though it would go!

I will never voluntarily use FedEx in my lifetime. Never to ship, and only to receive if the choice is out of my hands.

Like many large mega companies, they view their puny customers (that would be you and I), with disdain. These large conglomerates have a stranglehold on their industry with very few consumer choices. Customer service is completely non existent. They are rigid and disinterested in trying to work on a feasable solution to meet the needs of the customer.

I won't go into details, other than to say my experience was horrible. Thanks for nothing.

They brought my package 3 times and find ring the bell. I was home and they just put a sticker on my door. Wanted to go pick up my package and you got to give them the whole tracking number in order for them to give you the hours. Customer service didn’t pick up the phone. You drive to tudo address and you can’t even find an entrance. The whole building looks like a jail. I am coming back tomorrow to pick up my package. I hope they at least have face to face descent customer service.

Terrible customer service. Delivery driver dropped off a shattered glass mirror I ordered from walmart with a big hole in the front of my box. Made me wait two days for them to pick it back up after I explained I had a toddler in the house with me. To make
Matters WORSE Walmart no longer had any replacement mirrors in stock so I’m just out of luck. They gave me the run around nonstop and I still have no heard back from Fed Ex claims. It’s been two weeks!!!
