We shipped multiple packages with FedEx International Priority from Spain, trusting their promise of delivery within 1-3 business days. However, the reality was an absolute disaster. For a month, we contacted customer service daily, only to receive misleading information and false delivery promises.

Eventually, we discovered that one package was damaged in Paris, while the other two were lost in Memphis. Due to FedEx’s complete lack of solutions, we had to resend the packages at our own expense. Sadly, history repeated itself: one package arrived damaged, and the other two disappeared.

In total, six packages sent, none delivered. The lack of accountability, disorganization, and complete failure in customer service have caused significant harm to our business.

We demand a full refund and compensation for the costs and damages incurred. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, we will take the necessary legal action.

FedEx has demonstrated unacceptable incompetence. We do not recommend their service under any circumstances.

Logistics can sometimes be a headache, but, my experience with FedEx has been generally positive. I often ship items of varying sizes and awkward shapes and FedEx can always handle the job. Most of the time I can get in and out within a few minutes, however, if you go later in the afternoon you can expect to wait for a bit as they generally only have 2 people at the most staffing customer service counter and there are a lot of customers who are unprepared to ship their items and usually need assistance with shipping labels, documents and so forth.
