I called to ask how their consignment works. I never consigned clothes before. I was in the middle of moving to another state and they said bring them in. I took the time to go over every piece of clothing. I had very nice clothes with the stickers still on them… example BCBG, Whiteblack, etc… when I got there, they were very snobby. They said,”we usually have everything come in on hangers and we are not taking any clothes that are black”. That’s fine, but I never was told that over the phone. Needless to say… I wasted my time. They were not friendly nor helpful.

Got to personally meet the "Fifi"and she was very humble and super friendly. She chatted with us about where we were from and helped us with finding the perfect purse! Would definately come back again!!!

Upon entering the store I sensed a more mature vibe, but I gave it some time and looked around thoroughly. Here are my thoughts (and I ran a consignment shop before myself):

-some of the racks are a little too packed. Customers have a hard time looking at merchandise if they can’t see it
-prices are a little on the higher side, but you have to look at the area/demographics, and if you really look you can find a deal
-the shoes are pretty good, I found a Stuart Weitzman wedges for $60ish.
-friendly staff, the young girl working there was chill and helpful

I bought a Tablots 100% cotton button down for $28. I’m happy, will visit again.
Wishing this store success. Good on small businesses.

I made a small purchase here and a few days later I see tons of horrible experiences on the Next Door ap🤔🤮😭😭

Tons of complaints about being ripped off and their contract they have you sign says you can not do anything if they loose your items.
Basically most complain they took their merchandise to the THIEF. 😭😭😭

I will not be going to these thieves again as I am possibly buying merchandise FiGi's has stollen from clients.

My 11 yr old daughter and I popped into Fifi's to have a look around after breakfast this weekend and it did not disappoint! Everything was very nicely displayed and organized. We both found brand new with tags Lily Pulitzer items that we bought at a HUGE discount. My daughter found the perfect Valentine's dress. We also purchased a Coach wristlet, J.Crew Pants (new with tags) a pair of Madden Girl sandals, and a high end beach cover up! Total was only $115!! I couldn't believe it. We will be back!

Came into the store a couple of days ago and the lady who checked my mom and my girlfriend out had such a disgusting mood. She actually looked upset that I even talked to her let alone walked into the store. Not sure if she’s the owner or not but it was a very bad experience. My mom went back today to buy a purse she saw a few days ago and didn’t get and today that same women was there with a younger worker- either her daughter or just another cashier that works alongside her. My mom had a very nice attitude and mentioned some things about the purse and how she was thankful about being able to find it again, thinking it may have been sold, and this lady just glared at her like she wanted to slap her or something for even breathing in her direction. The clothes here are nice and the pricing is not bad, can be expensive, but the staff are just awful. Do not come here and spend a lot of your money because you will be treated like dirt 🙂

WARNING……. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE. I left several items in the Lakewood Ranch store. One of these items was a pair of expensive shoes that was sold and I only got three dollars which they will not give me unless I sell $20 worth of clothes. I went into the store to take the rest of my merchandise out when I found out that a black velvet jacket that I left there was not accounted for and neither was it sold.

I have to say fifis is one of the best consignments i have been to. They have so much variety for all ages. Brands like lulu lemon (they have a while section), saks fifth avenue labels, free people, chicos and so much more! The store is huge it took me all day to see everything and there is new stuff that comes in everyday! All the workers are helpful and there is always a sale on certain labels. Highly recommend!
