We booked an appointment for today at 8am we showed up on time the guy at the counter made us wait a good 10minutes before even acknowledging my husband then when he finally did he told me husband he couldn’t take his vehicle in because there was other appointments ahead of us which didn’t make sense because there online booking had a lot of opening for 8am then he supposedly sent an email to let us know but there was no email.
Rude customer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Love the tires, service was mostly ok. Technician severly over torqued lug nuts. While doing brakes the following month 5 of the disc studs broke when removing tire.

Terrible service provided by Jose, the man at the front desk. He was rude and unhelpful, both over the phone and in person. He made very upseting comments because I tried to get a tyre changed on the same day!! A few people I have spoken to have had negative experience with him as well, so they stay away from this place. It's a disgrace he is working on a military base serving active, veterans and dependants.

I had just gotten off work and realized that I had a flat tire. Thankfully I knew that Firestone was right across the street from me so I decided to drive over there for their help. When I got there I asked how much it would be for a new tire because they do not sell used ones, and the man at the front desk told me it would be $400 for one tire. $400 for one tire is ridiculous. I asked them if they could put the spare on for me because I was not going to pay $400 for one tire. They refused and said they would not do it for me, even though I said I was happy to pay for their service. I live 25 minutes away from the shop and by this time it was already getting dark and cold outside so I was very reluctant to change it by myself. A man at the gas station ended up coming over and helping me with it, thank God, but I would strongly recommend not coming here. They will try and swindle you for as much money as they can, especially if you are a girl. I ended up driving to The Tire Store in Rosamond where I was able to get a used tire for $20 and they filled all my other tires up for me for free. So if you need tires just make that drive instead of going here because they will definitely do what they can to get all the money they can out of you and when they can’t they will give you attitude and act as if you are the problem.

Do not take your car here. It is shameful that they take advantage of military spouses and families like this. Took the car in for a patch on the tire. Said they couldn't do it. Would need a new tire at a super inflated price. Took it off base and had it patched in less than ten minutes. They told me I needed an oil change because the "tech said the oil looked pretty dirty." The car has more than 70% of its oil life left (I do them myself, pulled the dip stick when I got it home and it was still a beautiful golden color). I hope this isn't because my wife dropped it off. Don't get screwed, go off base!

Joel and his team went above and beyond when my car died. They diagnosed the problem and ordered parts the same day and had it up and running within two days. As my family’s only vehicle, this was a huge lifesaver! I sincerely appreciate all their help.

Good quality work. The staff take care of you and vehicle. But it takes a long time. It took 1+ hours to get a battery installed. I had to leave my vehicle over night just for a oil change. So just be ready for a wait, or drop it off.

Very pleased. Staff were extremely friendly and patient. They only had the more expensive tires in stock, but were able to order the ones I needed. I made an appointment on the website before hours and I was able to get a call back minutes after they opened. They finished my tire replacements in a very reasonable time! They were professional and saved me having to make a longer trip off base on a spare.
