I like the furniture I bought. But I ordered a couch on December 28... I was told 6-8 weeks for it to be ready, it has now been 12 weeks and still no couch. I also ordered a kitchen table in January. I was told it would be here in February, then March. It did not come in March as promised. Nice store, but bad ordering. Don't but anything on order unless you're willing to wait forever!

Exactly one month ago we ordered two headboards and we were told that they would be delivered or in in 2 weeks. It's now been a month and no one has contacted us we have to continue to call and find out what is going on. Each time we call they never have any information rather it's excuses. They tell us each week that we call that they're going out on a truck on a Tuesday and it'll take a couple days to get to the store and when that doesn't happen we call them and they tell us no we haven't heard from the warehouse or no we've tried to call several times but nobody will answer. We just called now and again they have no information. Since moving to Florida we have shopped at Large main name companies rather than these little mom and pop shops. They have some really nice items in the store but buyer beware they won't tell you that the furniture is coming from Alabama and don't believe it when they tell you that you'll have it in a couple of weeks. Because you will not and you will grow as angry and frustrated as we are. It's ridiculous it's unprofessional it's worrisome because you don't know if or when you're even going to get it. They won't give you your money back so buyer beware. My advice to anybody looking for furniture is to skip this place. I personally feel if we don't get delivery in the next few weeks we will have to take further action.

We worked with Rebecca. The furniture is high quality. We bought end tables and tv stand last year. Bought another mango barrel last week.
People are professional and the furniture is well made, looks Floridian which is what we like.
They do need the website updated.

What a lovely store with great quality furniture. My husband and I had picked out wicker dresser, night stand and head board but decided we would wait to purchase it our next trip back. The salesperson gave us all the information we needed. A couple weeks before our return visit we called and handled the purchase over the phone and scheduled a delivery date. They were so accommodating. When we arrived our furniture was delivered by friendly delivery staff. They were so accommodating and set everything up perfect and even vaccumed before putting the bed back in place because they had to drill a hole. We were so pleased with the entire process. Since this is our vacation home we hate to waste time on vacation. This worked out very well and the furniture is in excellent quality.

We are EXTREMELY disappointed in this store! First off for the fact that the store owner backed out on a hand written deal to buy a bedroom furniture set! Knowing we were going to buy the set we had gone out and bought new bedding, new blind, curtains and new flooring all to match this particular bedroom set only to be disappointed because he didn't uphold his end of the deal! We had been in contact with them for a week just waiting for Joe, the owner to call us back to confirm the color and he assured us it would be correct! We went to order the furniture and the sales woman, (Chris Ricardo) says no way we can do that deal! I'm not quite sure why the owner is allowing Chris to have this much control over his store? I was always taught that if you had a deal (handwritten by Joe himself) or shook on it, the deal was done! Chris is a very insincere employee as much as she will try and give you the impression that she is sincere, She is NOT!!! As a matter of fact she told me that the color I wanted was old stock when in fact the color that I wanted was new as told to me by the manufacturer themselves! I could go into great detail about this bad experience however I just want people to be "BUYER BEWARE" of this store!
