However

Second telescoping RV flagpole in two years. This one less then a year old.

If you can not stay tuned to changing weather conditions especially the wind, I do not recommend Flag Pole Buddy fiberglass telescoping flag poles.

The first flag pole blew out of the ladder mounts and hit a neighboring RV.

Sorry Flag Pole Buddy but your system is dangerous.

Update: Bumping from one star to three stars. FlagPoleBuddy has offered to replace the flagpole, under warranty, less shipping and other componets.

I'm going to accept the offer and test "the third time is the charm" theory. I think the concept is wonderful, if only the wind would leave me alone. 🤷

I bought the original Flagpole buddy kit off Amazon, and need one more 4’ section for it to work for my application, I ordered a 4’ section from the company directly, got it and it didn’t quite fit perfectly, so I called Flagpole Buddy directly and they were unbelievably helpful and have sent me a replacement.
I’m so happy with this company I hope I can get them more business in the future.

I purchased my first 22 ft fiberglass flagpole from Flag Pole Buddy a year ago at the Quartzsite Sports and Recreation show (The Big Tent). Because I like the first one so much I got on their web site and I saw a heavier duty one (22 ft fiberglass flagpole) and I decided to get it.
I couldn't find the shipping cost so I sent them an email and almost immediately I got a response from Christine (owner) answering my question.
I completed the order and it got shipped FedEx almost within hours.
Now here's where their customer service shines. The package got routed to Texas and who knows elsewhere. I contacted Christine and she contacted FedEx and then Christine gave me daily updates on where my shipment was. If there was a way to give them a 10 star rating I would do it!

I was looking for a better way to mount my Starlink dish to my 5th wheel. I had it sitting on top of a slide but had an issue with a tree causing an obstruction. If I could get it higher and on the back of the RV it would be good. Searching the internet I found this little local company in El Cajon. They made an adapter for their pole to gen2 Starlink dish. Took me about 30 minutes to install and viola no more obstructions. I was concerned the the adapter could break since it appeared to be 3d printed but was very substantial. Last week we had 50 MPH gusts come through Ramona and it never budged. I have since had other full timers at the RV park see and and are going to one of their own. Simply best way to mount Starlink.

We had a problem with our flag pole this long Easter weekend. Camping for a couple weeks up in the San Bernardino Mountians. Called about our situation and inquired about what I needed to do. A replacement pole was sent out to the campground via UPS in a couple of days at a fair price.

Bought the telescopic fiberglass 16’ pole for a gift to my husband. Excellent customer service and good to veterans, free service flag along with an American flag. We can’t wait to try it out!

Disappointed after purchasing 16' flag pole ladder mount and 1st use about 6-10 mph winds and pole snapped called and emailed company with no response!! Will not purchase again!!
