My mom came here a few years ago while visiting the area and has been raving about this place ever since. So while my parents were visiting me, I took her back here. I never give 1 star reviews to businesses and I don’t know where to begin to describe how bad this place is.

First of all, their price structure is super confusing. Some are priced by weight and others by piece, and then there were different box sizes and they had to be separated according to how they were priced and what size they are and the woman working there was super rude and impatient with my senior mom who was just trying to buy chocolate and needed clarification a few times.

The worst part was that the chocolate was horrible. None of it seemed fresh and it all tasted stale. You know when chocolate is old and it kind of falls apart when you handle it or bite into it? My mom bought some to give as gifts and unfortunately we discovered the poor quality after we were miles away so we couldn’t return it, or use it as a gift.

Lastly, this place was incredible expensive. If you’re a chocolate lover, you’re better off going to Trader Joe’s for your chocolate.

The location and the vibe of the mall they are in is super cute, with some nice shops and a great coffee shop nearby. Skip the chocolate shop, though.

They do not have truffles. They do have creams which are not good. Iwas expecting much higher quality, really disappointed. I would choose Sees Candy over this place.

Theirs almost no vegan options very disappointing. Oatmilk is s good milk replacement. Hope you guys have more options in the future.

Best chocolate shop in downtown! Yes there are other choices but don't waste your time. The young ladies that I deal with always greet me with a smile and remember my name and what I like. The chocolate covered strawberries around Valentine's Day are large and full of flavor. You'll spend a little bit here but it's worth it!

I have been going here for 15 years (before the name changed) and have never had an experience like today 9/3/22. I got two apples (like I always do). One was a Dark Chocolate Carmel Apple and the other was a Cheesecake Carmel Apple (not sure the persons name for for the apple but started with a C). I had both apples cut and then got in my car to drive home (5 hours away). As soon as I passed NAU getting onto the 17 I took a bite of my chocolate apple and it was old. Like soggy old. It was brown and mushy. My other apple was great! If I hadn’t started to leave town I would have gone back or asked for an additional punch or two on my apple card. I do hope the owners see this and makes things right.
