I have been a customer for several years and I cannot say enough good things about Flagstaff Pawn! They took care of my wedding ring for almost three years when I had to pawn my ring for an emergency, and every time I couldn’t make a payment on time, they worked with me without hesitation. Awesome little place. Great selection of tools. Prices all seem more than fair. I’ve purchased a handful of items here and the staff and owner are very friendly and not pushy. It seems like they’re willing to work with you. I brought a gold chain in to get cash for, owner said you won’t find another spot in town that’ll give you more for it. I didn’t believe him so I checked with three other shops in town. Sure enough, he offered me the most by far for it. I really appreciate having a place like this in town. Highly recommend you support them.

These guys made things super easy for me and even though it was clear I had no idea what I was doing, I felt they were very fair and explained things really well. I also watched them with another customer and they were really awesome in explaining what they were selling and making sure they knew how to be safe as well which I really appreciated. Mark was very informative and fair in his dealing. He helped me take a look at all the gold that he had and help me replace a broken gold chain for my Golden boy. I traded it 10 karat gold chain for a 14 karat and he gave me a great deal. The chain is a lot stronger for my son. I feel like this is a chain that will stay with him for years as it was originally purchased for his golden birthday. I'm grateful for The way that I was treated and I will definitely come back. The overall selection was way better than any other pawn store in Flagstaff. The customer service was even more impressive.
