Travelled to Atlanta for a work trip and knew one of my new leaders would be attending the meeting. I don’t know him very well, but what I do know is that his favorite cake on this planet is carrot cake. He loves it so much that he actually knows which restaurants sell the best carrot cake in every city that he travels to. That being said as a surprise, I wanted to find the best carrot cake in Atlanta and bring it to my team meeting for him. I searched around Google to find the best bakery with the best carrot cake and Flaky Not Flaky popped up as hands down best cake. I called her to place the order, but was informed by the owner that they stopped making cakes about six months ago. After hearing my story what I wanted to do for my new leader, the Owners, a husband and wife, duo, decided to make the cake for me! Not only did they make the cake and have it delivered to my hotel prior to my arrival, but when I say it was the best cake I’ve ever eaten, I am not even close to exaggerating. My leader was blown away by the thoughtfulness of this company, and confirm that the cake was indeed the best carrot cake he has ever eaten as well! Thank you Flaky Not Flaky!

The customer service is top tier! This was my first time going and I will be back! I got the Mr. Crunchy. It’s a puff pastry with ham, cheese, I believe the guy said white pepper jelly and Dijon mustard. I ate it with my eyes closed. I’ve only heard good things about this place and had to add my 2 cents! Delicious!!

Just got to Atlanta from Philly and this was the correct choice for our first stop!

Delightful family owned bakery - everyone was so welcoming and had great suggestions for activities in the area. Highly recommend the hot chocolate that they make by melting chocolate into the dairy/substitute of your choice.

The flatbread is super tasty! I'd give more stars if I could.

Always loved scones, never dreamed of sconuts ❤️ Love all the creative flavor combos of those and their chocolates are great, now I want more! The mystery flavors each week for the markets are great and they're working on a retail shop! I think the savory ones are my favorite, but they don't do those as much so it's a treat when they do!

Since my first review, I've had a chance to try so many things and have attended a few events where they catered and everything was incredible! Super professional in their consulting, timing, staging, options, and of course taste!

It is great to have a new addition to the Truist Garden Office Food Court! I got the Brie & Apple sandwich, a root beer (craft soda from Minnesota!), and an original glazed sconut. Everything was delicious! Looking forward to getting some sconuts to share in the office 😃

Hello, I’m visiting Atlanta from Michigan for a conference and at around 6:30 AM today I was looking around the food court for a cup of coffee (but nothing is open this early). I’m looking in windows trying to find a time for a few of the places there and this lady (Alice
The owner of this family coffee shop and more) asked if I needed any help. We talked for a few minutes and even though they weren’t open yet she made me a cup of the best coffee and the best Croissant sandwich I ever had. This is truly a wonderful surprise to stumble upon. Thank you for a great start of my day.

We've only experienced them as a pop up or a booth at Peachtree Farmers Market or Christmas Market.

So far we've tried several of the sconuts (scone and donut combined) , the ganache tarts, and their lebkuchen (German gingerbread). Let me tell you, every bite is delectable.

Around Thanksgiving they had a pumpkin sconut. I was skeptical because I prefer sweet potato, but one bite changed my mind.

Other flavor sconuts I can speak for:

* maple buttermilk: tastes like a hearty breakfast
* vanilla chocolate swirl: flavors perfectly balanced
* chocolate espresso: the coffee turns the chocolate extra rich and decadent.

They're also a chocolatier.

They make these lovely crisp shell bonbons with salted caramel inside that are so rich and melt in your mouth.

We sent the lebkuchen to family for Christmas and they loved it.

They have a Facebook page and are super friendly.

I saw Flaky Not Flaky for the first time at the Peachtree Farmers market and they were phenomenal! I loved the Lemon sconut and I got to see their new truck display that they were selling out of. So Cute! I would definitely bring my friends to come try their treats!
