The staff at Fleet Feet were friendly and helpful. I knew what I was looking for and, after asking if I needed help, they let me "do my thing" until I requested assistance. I like that they were available but not pushy salespeople. The selection of what I was looking for was wonderful and I ended up purchasing two pair of shoes (I had come in for only one). I would definitely recommend this store.

My first visit to Fleet Feet Delray Beach was very productive and pleasant! I went in to get a better sneaker for my leg/lower back pain due to new workouts, and they were very helpful. Mike scanned my feet/walk and advised according to the results. He was thorough and professional. Gave me lots of choices, and was patient letting me get the right fit. My new sneakers feel so great, and my workouts are improved, not as much leg/back pain. So far, so good! Highly recommend checking them out!

I was referred to Fleet Feet by my physical therapist who told me that they would be the best place to analyze which type/brand of sneaker I should wear. Mike is extremely knowledgeable. They have technology that analyzes your feet and your gait then they recommend 3 pair of sneakers for your specific needs. I am very confident that I have the most appropriate sneaker for me.

I hate having to write this but I’m pretty disappointed in my experience today. My family and friends have told me such great things about this store so I was really looking forward to coming here to get a new pair of sneakers! Unfortunately the experience I had was lacking any type of care or information. I completely understood waiting an hour to get a fitting and foot profile.It’s a Saturday, so that’s to be expected.My sales associate Sabrina was really not friendly or helpful at all and I’m not sure if she was just having a rough day or she’s usually like this, but I could get more help from google in finding a sneaker that works for me. She gave me no input, or information or even asked how the shoes were fitting. I’m not sure why she didn’t care but it was such an uncomfortable and off putting experience and I felt like I was inconveniencing her by asking any questions. I could hear other guests and employees having such personalized care and a great dialogue to find them the right fit but I did not receive that type of care. I’ve worked customer service and retail jobs most of my life and I understand it’s an exhausting and thankless job so please know I generally have so much patience and sympathy but this was just not acceptable.

Jack at Fleet Feet in Delray was so helpful and knowledgeable. He did a foot assessment and scanned my feet and gait to determine the best shoes for me. After trying on several and then adding an additional insole, I purchased an incredible pair of shoes! I wore them the next day to a cardio workout and they were so comfortable and my feet felt so supported! Thanks so much!!

Don’t go anywhere else when you want a performance sneaker! One-on-one assistance, fit technology and a customized visit from intake to purchase. I got the shoe for my exact foot. This is an excellent shopping experience and the best place to go BY FAR when you want to take care of your feet!

The most amazing shoe shopping experience! I have never been shopping for running shoes where my feet were scanned and evaluated to find the best fit. I've also never shopped for comfort, it has always about how the shoe looked. I think everyone should try this method because my new shoes are amazing.
