Highly recommend this store! The staff members we have encountered are always courteous, specially our design specialist, Nirvana. This Floor & Decor location is great. It seems to be bigger than the one we have closer to our house, and the service here is very quick. The personnel is friendly and helpful. We bought the tiles that we did not find at any other locations. We were very satisfied with the visit.

I went this morning to purchase tile. There is no customer service. I was waiting for somebody to help me regarding a tile that I liked on display. I only seen the cashier sitting down and just looking around. I walked around the store to find help. There no staff and if there's staff they just ignore you. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I worked with one of the designers and they doubled the quantities I needed, because they told me it’s best to over buy in case the tiles go out of stock, and I could return anything unused. I found this odd to overbuy so much but I listened to the designer. This should have been a red flag. When I got the tiles home there were tiles that were several broken pieces. I called them when I opened the boxes and they told me I can bring it and return. I waited till the end of my project so I could return the unused and broken at once. When I went to return the pieces they manager was Lisa was very rude and refused to take the tiles back. They refused to take any of the broken ones even though it came that way and some of the extra pieces were a little dusty they refused to those as well. They said I was lying about it coming broken and I must have broken it myself. I bought over 100 boxes of tile. The tile was marble which is known to break easily. I can’t believe the manager would claim she knew for certain it didn’t come broken. I am sure they do not inspect every piece of every tile in every case. Such an unpleasant experience. I feel they guarantee the returns so people buy extra and than refuse the returns to up their sales.

Pretty good selection of tiles, laminates, and hardwood floors. They also have few sinks and cabinets available. The store is well laid out and items are easy to find. Tiles are displayed on the walls and display boards. There are a couple of models displaying the tiles.

Poor service at both locations I shopped at Carson and Downey. Now I get why I’ve never heard or been to any FloorDecor stores until recently. In the last month I had purchased twice online and every time there’s issues at pick up. Your order won’t be ready on time, internet or system issues and the staff is not very friendly and willing to help. I’d rather go to Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on.
