Went in for an odd Kubota part for an older tractor. I thought they would never have the part on the shelf. Clay in parts knew exactly what I needed and had it on the shelf. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Winter Havens parts department is on point and Clay is always a pleasure to do business with.

I went to Polk Tractor last week in hopes of buying a zero turn mower. I arrive with a truck and trailer and walk into the showroom. After 10 minutes of walking back and forth, a young man approached me and asked if I needed something. I told this young man I’d like to talk to a salesman. The young man walks away and comes back with a business card and says “he just sat down for lunch and will be with you shortly”. I’m immediately annoyed by this but I acknowledge the young man and continue to walk around the showroom. After another 10 to 15 minutes I look into the salesman‘s office and he slowly eating and looking at a computer screen. I finally get fed up with this and walked out of the business. I then went to their competitors and purchased a Gravely 20 minutes later. I’ll never give this company the time of day again nor will I recommend them for anything. Y’all could have made a sale but your salesman would rather eat lunch than do his job.

Excellent staff.
I have bought Stihl machines here. Whenever I need replacement parts or services these guys are willing to help with a positive attitude. Though I have limited knowledge about how to fix anything on these machines, every time I take them to the guys they are not advantageous. They always provide me with the best solution, customer service creates customer loyalty and it comes a long way.

I called and spoke with Todd in the Service Department and explained my problem. He asked me to bring it in. I explained it start and then just died. I tried a couple times to restart with no luck. I thought it felt like air was leaking out. My friend thought it needed a new primer bulb.
He came back and said it started right up. He thought maybe something may have been in the fuel line, but everything looked fine. He said no charge and sent me on my way. What a pleasant experience with a professional staff. I will be back.
