They have been closed for some time. Many are being sent to Springhill or Brooksville. There is a NEW office that helps with Snap-Renewals-Free Phones-Insurance. It is at 4116 Grand Blvd. New Port Richey. It is in the same center as Career Source.

They cut my food stamps down to a 1/5th of what I use to get, simply because I became homeless even though I am on disability. Now between savings and food I am broke every month. Thanks Florida, thanks SSA. You guys are top notch πŸ‘Œ crooks!

The staff were very helpful with a challenging situation. The initial wait was not very long, but I was there for a couple hours due to the complexity of our issue. NOTE: street view photo of not accurate! The access is at the yellow sidewalk, not at Humana.

No help what so ever they don't care about people at all very uncompassionate and rude just there for a pay check. Can't get to library to renew my snap and explained to them I just had 2 major surgeries I can't get around rate now in tremendous pain but they don't care if a family starves because there to lazy to do there job and help the situation again very uncompassionate. I would give this place zero stars if I could unfortunately I had to give one star all though they don't deserve that. So you get 0 stars! Again thanks for nothing!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I'm frustrated that after phoning information changes three times, including two interviews, having an in person interview and filling out the re-application paperwork twice, after being directed to fill out the wrong form at the office, none of my new information, which I also submitted prior to my re-application, when my living situation changed, no one has managed, yet, to update my information in the system.

I realize many people receive benefits, but this lack of new information, in the light of my current bills, cost o adapted equipment for work, and new medications has left me with very little money for food, and now my benefits have been cut further. If the paperwork was ever updated and processed correctly, this should never have happened.

Visiting the office in person, and asking to speak to a worker is usually ignored, as well, unless I seriously push the issue. I have had workers direct me to fill out the wrong forms, and find that it is a struggle to get anything done correctly, even when I ensure that I am doing everything right on my end of the submission process.

These problems are really hurting things here.
