Nothing but love for the dental department. Spent all day worrying about my little girls appointment and her being scared or in pain and come home from work to find out they were so good with her that she didnt even notice her tooth was removed. Thank you to Janelle and the rest of the staff.

This place has amazing staff working there, I have had a wonderful experience both times I went here. Once it was for immunization paperwork for my son and the wait wasn’t long at all and staff was super polite. Most recently I went there to get help with installing a new car seat for my toddler son and they were soooo helpful and went above and beyond-I think the man who helped us name was James Hemingway and he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We cannot thank you enough for helping us!! Thank you so much 🙂

I went in with excruciating pain with a rotting wisdom tooth. They took me same day and it took about 10 minutes and the tooth was out. Numbed me so well that I didn’t feel a single thing during the wisdom tooth extraction

I wanted to acknowledge one of your employees. Stacey Carthy was absolutely wonderful with the process of getting immunization paperwork for our child. She was caring, organized, and beyond helpful! I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to know that someone cares and follows through with things. She made the process of getting our paperwork smooth, easy, and she even called to let us know we needed a shot that was not on our list. In my opinion, she went above and beyond reaching out to someone she didn’t even know! Thank you, Stacy! You are truly a great professional! We appreciate everything you have done.

This week was particularly stressful for me to get a appointment scheduled through the Health Department in my county and other departments the surrounding areas. I called each one for 3 days straight, back to back, to simply schedule an appointment, but no answered calls! And out of all the Health Departments, this Port Charlotte location actually had an employee answer the phone for my call and not only did that shock me, but (her name) Stacy was absolutely delightful over the phone with me! She listened to me tell her all about my struggles with failed attempts to even get a representative to answer the calls, the 50 to 100 calls! And I called this location which is 45 min away from me and not only did I get a answer on the phone, but she was able to get me an appointment the same day!
Stacy made my day.. just her kindness alone was a breathe of fresh air..

And the whole experience me and my son had with their staff was so nice! Tammie and Nurse Lori, compassionate people who care!! I will drive 45 min for their services!

Great dental services! Thank goodness for this dentist. Had another dentist that messed up 2 filling (my first ever cavities). He fixed both of them, and takes his time, very polite, and makes sure he gets it done correctly. The staff is always very friendly!!!

Ive been coming here for over 3 years, never had any issues and staff is nice.. but recently theyve added what looks like a “help desk” or whatever but has a “security” guard there who just sits there eating and on his phone.. u walk in and he instantly just tells u stand in line.. no hello or welcome. i witnessed a Spanish gentleman come in who didnt speak much english and he just threw sign in his face and pointed.. i work in a place where its mostly spanish who comes in and idk spanish but i at least act like a human to them and try a little.. this man had no human decency for him.. i actually had to tell him the room number to go in. otherwise the medical staff is amazing

I had stopped by a week prior and had assistance right away by Stacey. She was amazing. Helped me get everything done that I needed to. I had to go back this week to finish stuff for my step daughter. I was helped immediately by Hellen, Elena, and Corinna. These ladies, all of them, went above my expectation of service. I would highly recommend this health department to anyone in Charlotte county. To these ladies, they were just doing their job... but to me, they moved mountains and made it possible for my family to move forward woth our mission. I can't thank the four of you enough!!!
